  1. I think I may well try this Opera lark. Chrome seems to have the platform I need for browsing, but without the little quirks I learnt to love with FF.
  2. Well in my humble experiences, Firefox is an unstable, unreliable bag-o'-shite. I deleted it on all of my machines. I'm using Chrome now which is faster, but still not perfect.
  3. They could I'd imagine the price-point is wrong for that kind of modification to the design though. Plus, the idea is a 'lightweight sporty coupe' like the AE86. I'd expect them to shave as many safety features off as they can get away with.
  4. Bump, do we have a plan for this yet? Show starts Wednesday 30th June, ends Monday 5th July. I vote Dover-Calais then a looooong hoon.
  5. It's a combination of all the dimensions of the car, and what would happen if you hit someone in certain situations. Thing is, the main advantage to using the Scooby engine was that it could be positioned really low, hence a great COG was possible along with that distinctive low bonnet. I personally don't think it'll change that much, but it's worth noting that the car pictured is still a concept.
  6. time travel sweeps mkivsupra.net! It was fashionable to type like this in the future, isn't it?
  7. It's going to have to be six minutes of pure hardcore blue person/donkey porn to get me watching that crock again.
  8. It's not a hen, either. Seems like a good deal... if you like that sort of thing.
  9. Where in Berks are you fella?
  10. It's unlikely to look like that when it's released... the bonnet needs to be higher to pass pedestrian safety regulations.

  12. Any idea what the term DCT means? It means conventional manual cars are old news.
  13. TBH, that article means nothing. Autocar seem to be speculating wildly about the new '86, but it's all speculation. Who cares if its £25k? I bet it'll trounce the Audi TT, the Pug 308GTI and the VW Scirocco. Plus, it'll be RWD... aimed at older markets? I VERY much doubt that seeing as they're giving an '86 to any Japanese tuning firm who wants one. I've already seen one with a carbon bonnet and drifty graphics plastered over it. Don't worry Toyota fans, this thread is largely irrelevant.
  14. He's gonna bust a cap in the US army's ass.
  15. Yup, Sky sorted me out for my single, too. Very happy

Your car reminds me of: http://www.enigmrgraphics.com.au/wp-content/gallery/art/mutley.jpg Sorry I like it, the front just sticks out a tiny bit Coulthard for me.
  17. Nice result Looking forward to seeing how my 88/75 does with a 1.01 AR and stock cams/engine
  18. The rush. I love pulling up after a spirited drive and wondering how I'm still alive.
  19. I've heard of so many Superdraggers doing this. Mine did it on the MR2 turbo, too. Why don't you just buy a new one from Whifbitz and then you won't have to worry about it being damaged.
