  1. Both. A few of the mods are away at present so we're a bit short-staffed.
  2. Just in case he doesn't see this thread.
  3. CW's pads are absolutely brilliant for the price, but I found the Endless were much harder wearing and bit a little harder too. However, they were over £300 an axle last time I bought some
  4. Personally I'd go for the UK spec brakes with some Endless carbon/ceramic pads and decent fluid... assuming they'll fit under your wheels. They are more than up to the job. Had them on mine.
  5. There's a very good reason for using a Boxer. You can mount the engine lower, which means a lower centre of gravity and hence much better handling. Easy to turbocharge too. I wouldn't want to ruin it with a poorly-judged engine conversion
  6. Mr j_jza80: spot on. The previous Celica wasn't much more than a marketing exercise, unfortunately. A missed opportunity. I wonder what they'll decide to call the FT-86. The engineers want the '86 reference to remain, the marketing people want something more familiar. Had a conversation last week with someone who went on the same test AC did and he reported back that it's an excellent drifter, and better than the MX-5. Praise doesn't come much higher.
  7. Cut the srthnd guys. Don't make me ban you.
  8. I think it's more the latter than the former. Our schools aren't actually that bad. It's the people who are in them
  9. You've accepted these people as 'friends', who you obviously don't know well or respect, and who you'll happily berate and moan about on a public forum. Who is the retard here?
  10. Title changed to make it easier for others to search for this thread.
  11. Well that's the thing. None of the car mags have found a solution online that makes anywhere near the money magazines make, or that engages the reader in any meaningful way. The future of car publishing is very much up in the air right now.
  12. If it wasn't already legal it never would have been made so. It is FAR worse than several of the 'known' drugs out there right now. ...doesn't stop me liking it though
  13. I don't necessarily agree with that. There isn't much money in online car publications at all right now.
  14. I think that'll be the box that asks you if you're OK to leave the page you're on. This is to prevent you writing something in the quick reply box and then losing it by mistake (something which always used to happen to me!). Not sure abuot Scott's issue but I'll get someone who knows a lot more about it than I do to have a gander.
  15. ...but since there's no agreed international definition, I'm not taking that as anything more conclusive than a post on Wiki.
  16. Erm... it was a war. The Japanese weren't exactly innocent parties either lol. They did some things to the Chinese that send shivers down my spine. I suppose it depends on your definition of terrorism, but I don't class atrocities like this as such. For me terrorism is the act of attacking innocent civilians outside of a wartime situation.
  17. I'm perfectly relaxed, but that statement is laughable.
  18. How can Hiroshima and Nagasaki be considered terrorism? FFS.

    Chrono Po*n

Here's my pair. Sorry about the rubbish phone pic but I don't have a camera. One on the right is my daily driver Seiko. One on the left is my weekend watch, an Omega Speedmaster Professional (the 'Moonwatch') I have a serious bug for it, but won't spend any more money on chrono things until I've scratched my racing itch properly next season.
