  1. Click 'edit post', then 'go advanced' and you'll see you can change the thread title. It just makes it easier for others to find this thread, hence we don't get so many questions asked over and over again.
  2. It was more about setting a precedent than anything else
  3. Could you change the title of this thread to something more descriptive so other members can find it through searches please?
  4. I've raced a few big mini cars before now, but nothing like a small mini car.
  5. I think just PMing him should suffice.
  6. Have you tried trampolining?
  7. So many of the members are different now. I wonder if we should try that one again
  8. Seems a hell of a lot of work to do that just to remove a restrictor ring. The sequential system builds boost quickly anyway so I still can't see the point. Unless you do it just for the noise I guess.
  9. Also, joining information (and trader information) can be seen here: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?82442-Club-Membership-Details-Including-Trader-amp-Hobbyist-Membership-Rules
  10. I think before 'showing your work' you need to speak to a red moderator about it. Send a PM to Homer.
  11. It isn't just the case, I want good functionality too but it needs to be hard-wearing enough to cope with my life. For instance, it *has* to take good pics quickly for work, and the same for video. Social networking is essential for the same reason. I won't be getting a Playbook, don't worry. I looked into it for launches but ended up with a £250 HP netbook that does the job much better than any tablet could. Still not sure what you mean about 'guest blag'... if you mean my racing I'm foolish enough to be funding that all myself but it's going pretty well all the same.
  12. I'm sympathetic to technology, but between racing, diving, sailing and skiing plus going all over the world with work and using my phone a LOT when I do, it does take a bit of a hammering. The BB Torch I have now has been great so far (I have a Barely There case on it) but I just figure if I have an upgrade it might be worth looking at what else is out there. The people I've been talking to wouldn't jailbreak anything! They're far more technophobic than me. The fact is though that in my experience Apple products aren't up to it. Besides, I don't like their GUIs. The phone you suggest doesn't tick my boxes! What is this blag you speak of?
  13. Every day's a school day! Still can't work out why though
  14. Variations of this have been all over FB for the past few days. ...how come you didn't put the right answer in the poll?
  15. Sure thing Screen: it smashes. I lead an extremely active life these days and any phone I get can't be fragile in that respect. My Blackberry has a pretty robust case on it for that reason. Reliability: of the seven people I work with, three have iPhones. Right now, one of them works properly. That's just an example, but a lot of my friends complain about problems. As above, I need something that won't break all the time. Connectivity: I don't use Apple products if I can avoid it, and when I do it rarely does what I want it to do. My Blackberry is as easy to connect to a new device as just plugging it in. I hate iTunes too, which is why I haven't updated my iPod for four years
  16. Never seen a Supra with OEM turbos and an external wastegate. Not sure why you'd do that Personally I'd never scrimp on the ECU. If there's one thing you want to get the best quality from, it's that. The Syvecs just makes so much sense when you figure in the extra features - a few will even save your engine if something goes wrong. I'd save up and buy that.
  17. There's something wrong with the picture on your TV. It looks all pixelated and the movement is jerky. ...oh wait - is it a computer game? In that case it's even less relevant or interesting than I first thought. Congrats on building such a spectacular thread.
