I snipped them at the top of the wires, (nearerst to the button) presumed there would be less movement at that end to help not cause any stress on the joins, i used those cheapy clips which worked perfectly but ended up soldering them just to be a fussy git!

I just snipped the wires and then reconnected them after putting them through the new stick, couldnt see any other way round it...

No, they are an aftermarket unit, i bought a stage one version for my ST205 Gt Four along with a fidanza flywheel, and it was excellent, the car was running 330hp and managed a 0-60 of 4.3 seconds at the J tuner magazine gt four thrash, so their good bits of kit!

Just been having a look for brake pads and found these on brakes international. Are they the same as the uk rear brake calipers, just without the glossy paint and supra logo on? Price is only £67 plus vat each caliper, if they are the same caliper then thats quite a saving over Mr T prices...

Aye it is high mileage but it pulls very very well for a near stock car, whole car feels nice and tight, would make a cracking run about and with a bit of style.

Hi people, I have my mot looming and just sorting my brakes out. Im fitting uk front calipers and discs on to my n/a and just wondering what to do with the rears, are the j spec supra tt rear brake pads the same as the n/a rear brake pads? If not can anyone suggest some pads for the rear, cheap as possible, the car's not getting driven at the moment so its literally just to get it through the mot. TIA Dave
