Advice needed 4 fitting standard rear spoiler

Hi guys, Im new to this site and supra's & would appreciate some advice and tips on the best way to fit a standard rear spoiler. I guess my biggest concern is drilling the holes in the wrong place...etc. Also, there seems to be two bolt positions either side as well as a spike and some other holes. Any ideas what these are for? Nice1
