I have metal rollers that will make a 5" tube any length and width you want it will have a welded seam though, you can always hide that at the bottom. the 45 bend would be made from two segments or a number of smaller segments to create a smoother radius. we call them lobsterback bends, like chris has mentioned they fabricate titanium in this way. all of the above welding can always be smoothed and blended to make it look one piece

That looks great, was it expensive? managed to get acouple of Direct flights with Thai airways for 3 weeks 450 quid each which I though was good looking to stay in bangkok for a couple of days then get a plane upto chiang mai have a look around there for a week then get a plane down south for a beachy/relaxing end to the holiday

looking at going thailand at the end of march next year will be getting a flight to bangkok, then looking at traveling around, will be either 2 weeks poss 3. Any tips places to go and see what not to do ect. not interested in the strip joints ect as ill be going with a woman. also a good place to get cheap flights any help and advice would be great;)

Cant see it dropping lower than i paid for it think there is only 2 of these in the country aswell so hopefully that will help when i sell
