  1. Contemplating selling my ally oil catch tank set up -12 fittings to the rocker covers -10 fitting to the air filter (can be removed an polished out by myself if not wanted) Stainless braided lines with separator clamp. Bolts neatly to existing fixing on inner wing Condensation drain pipe in sump. Fresh polish to mirror stage £250
  2. I can get these powder coated in basic colours £40 a set the only red he does is Ral 3020 Not had any response from safety people yet, the only test certification you will have with these are with the welding, due to the concerns of using ally mild steel or stainless will be advised but I'm confident in my design to keep in my car. Of a mod will allow a group buy on these I'm happy to sort out a batch deal Regards John
  3. I'm friends with a power Coater let me know the colour and ill find out for you
  4. Understand your concern, this is a thick wall ally tube that I'm using, having read up on safety regulations for competitive use all ally roll cages are prohibited. I'm a coded welder to a 6g standard I can make these bars from mild steel and stainless but will look into having some testing done, just emailed a couple of companies that are involved with this and a local firm we use to certify all our lifting gear.
  5. I wanted to do the tie bars like the sparco ones but my seats won't allow this if you can see by the picture, but I can make two jigs as its the same amount of work
  6. Been looking at harnesses for my supra but having the problem of mounting them in the rear, a standard harness bar is no good for me as my seat is touching the rears and reclined a fair amount. Been messing about with designs in between work and finally finished this one which I'm happy with. The brace Picks up off original seat belt mounts with two sweeping bends that sit the bar further back and two adjusterble rose jointed tie rod ends mount to a fixed bracket on the rear middle seat belt point for added brace. If enough interest and ok with mods I'll consider making more as a group buy.
  7. I can make some more up just let me know what ones you need
  8. Did you mean core? I've spoke to a few being as its not a well known turbo they need to look at it to make sure they can get he parts, if you can supply one I'm interested Regards John
  9. Starting to get what looks like turbo seal failure, done a compression check all looks good, I have the above turbo where would be best taking it? The shaft has play seems a lot to me Do DBB turbos have more than usual?

  13. Not really sure what you mean with cutting the spot welds better off adding pictures of the areas, I have some pictures on my page when I cut an flared my arches can be seen here https://www.facebook.com/Envymotorsport/
  14. Running toyo proxies on mine if you see my passengers face in the rain last night you would not chose them either with the power your running I think it's a losing battle. I'm running r888's next year and accepting it's a toy
  15. They are Toyo proxes useless in both dry and wet on this - - - Updated - - - Thanks I'll keep it in mind
  16. I've bought the paint going to have a go at the rears and see won't put the r888's on till early next year now. If I'm not happy I'll definitely be doing the Cobra
  17. Yer I don't think it sits well with the wheels if they was black it would
  18. Would a photo shop genius mind having ago? I don't think it will work with chrome of the wheels was black o would to break it up
  19. There's a lot of show cars with the name etched in white, next year I'm running r888's I'm tempted to have toyo r888 done in white what's your thoughts?? Just not sure with the wheels being chrome it will work
  20. I'll let you know mate if that's ok, I'm gutted its just a bit small for me
