Ive been reading up on pumps to get for my BMW 1jz project the Bosch 044 seems to fit the bill. Ive bought one off ebay but turns out to be an external pump no real bother to me just need help with all the fixtures and fittings. Here is what I have so far The BMW tank has the same design as the supra with a hanger and plastic nut design. I have renewed the fuel lines from the front of the car to the back with 10mm copper I have an aeromotive fuel pressure reg A brand new supra fuel filter 650 injectors oem 1jz fuel rail with threaded ends for flow and return bosch o44 spec Bosch 0 580 254 044 Inline Fuel Pump Bosch 044 fuel pumps mount inline (out side of your gas tank), most commonly rear center under your car or truck. Each Bosch 044 inline fuel pump provides 300LPH of flow and operate at 72.5 PSI. Bosch 044 fuel pumps are comparable to the Walbro 255LPH high pressure inline fuel pumps which can both support vehicles for up to 600-700 horse power. Can be used in sequence with an intank Walbro or Bosch 040 fuel pump. Thats not right you would pay more than that before they got repaired if they were damaged

I had one in my silver supra mate was just like driving stock, snached a bit at first but after it was run in it was lovely, rattled like the rest though

I had a full set of evo brembos fitted to my 600bhp supra with endless pads, a full uk setup on a 500bhp supra, Brembos all the way for me

have a word with GBH motor sports got a feeling the uprated engine was removed an swapped for a standard one by them. I see this car at the salvage yard too the damage to the front wernt that bad, good luck with the project mate

another update all my spare times going into this at the moment but enjoying every minute of it Ive cleaned, painted and fitted all the following thats taken me ages, door seals, window trim boot lid, front scuttle, pedal box, steering columb, brake servo, aero fuel cap. Dave has take the rear lights an smoked the top of them then buffed them up they are like new now and the wide arch is starting to look mental Next big job was to make up the Lexan windows, I spent 2 hours making a hard board pattern for the rear screen cutting an shaping so it was a perfect fit. I measured equal pitched holes then drilled and counter sunk the lexan to allow me to bolt the screen in, the window was then offered up the the car an drilled into the window frame I then painted a 2" black strip on the inside of the window to break it up abit seated on a bead of silicone then bolted in using 5mm stainless countersunk bolts Next job was making up the rear quarter windows I wanted the same look as the rear so used the same prosess to make these up I removed all the front end stripped it down and painted it all then fitted the poly bushes front screen fitted, trims along the doors sculpted to meet the arches painted then bonded on. rear brake lines made up then run through to the front along with new copper fuel lines, rear inner arches sealed up the painted along with the disks and calipers, just in time for daves freshly painted bootlid

Get me one as a pattern an ill make as many up as needed for a fraction of that price an from a choice of metals
