  12. getting to the final stages with my 1jz engine being as they are alike to the 2jz wondering if you can shed some light on the a basic vac install for the following Power steering pump - it has two spigots from what I have read one plumbs into the throttle body the other into the intake manifold. Aeromotive fpr - straight into the manifold? Vac sensor - two spigots from this?? also an explanation of what it does would be handy Emanage map sensor - ? theres another thing bolted to the inside of the intake with a single spigot from it is this a damper I have read up on?? Idle control valve has a 20mm ish spigot on the back going to nothing? I have found a couple of one way valve (little black bobbin) bits and pieces If you can help me plumb this lot in I would be greatful

I need a union to go from 12x1.25 to a -6 an fitting I then need the unions for the aeromotive fpr as I have read that the an fittings are not best suited any help will be great john

  20. Project back up an running again Girlfriend no2 has hit the dust Been working on the manifold as the wastegate fouls on the car where it sits, so ive bought some swept bends to allow me to put it where is sits best, after sorting this and making up the down pipe I made up the turbo return from some ally tube an used the mandrel bender to achieve a nice shape clear from the manifold Decided to make a link pipe between the wastegate and the down pipe to keep it quiet for track days but have it as a bolt in bolt out so I can run the screamer pipe too:cool: Once I was happy with all of the above I fitted it then started work on the rest of the exhaust system this was great fun with the car being just over a foot off the ground I wanted the rear silencer to be small so when I fitted the rear diffuser I could pannel that in aswell, few hours went into this but it sits sweet on the car really happy with it finnished the rear diffuser an sprayed it satin black then fitted it using some ally rivets started work on the butchered loom hopefully got it right removed all the crap not needed and repaired the rest that had been cut or damaged bought a single wiper motor from the scrap yard fabricated up a plate and fitted this hopefully will work out ok fitted momo race steering wheel and made a start on fitting the ally door cards handles ect got the front bumper on but a few mods need to be done on it before I can finally fit it as it looks to happy lol Need to mean it up a bit. The intercooler and oil cooler are now fitted an ive just finnished fabrication all the pipework for the intercooler and radiator Pushing the car about it had a nasty knocking noise coming from the diff sent that to a specialist by me an they stripped it to find one of the main bearings had a chunk out of the race so I had them replaced an the whole thing rebuilt. Its getting there just need to wire the car up now finnish the fuel system off, sort the suspension out and a few other little bits an ill be there
