So a while back I had my mirror kicked off my car, was pissed off then but am over that now. In an effort to try and replace the mirror I contacted the normal people and posted on here looking for a spare. It turns out its quite hard to get one of the electic folding ones, but eventually a users say he has one, I pay him and he sells me the set (wanted the set gone). They arrive in good time and i fit it to my car, its not a folding one! Grrrr So I bump the thread and say I still need one and eventually again I get one, now this time the mirror has a different connection on it so i cant plug it in. Its definatly a Flip one but its no good to me!!!!! Can anyone identify what is with the different connections? I have posted pics, the black mirror is the same conneciton as my car but the red one itsn't???? Someone please help as i'm ready to bring the shotgun into work and take out my entire office (well maybe not that bad!)Plus I'm down about £100

I've never done it before but sent out an email about 10 mins ago to my friends suggesting we do it. My facial hair growth is very poor but I think it would be a good laugh and a good cause.

Dam thats good, i'm in the same boat and no one near me can come even close to camskill. If i could find someone at the same price as Dr or the OP i'd be going for it!

that is a good guide, but how do you get the pistons out? just pump the pedal until they fall out? doesn't seem right to me?

Ok folks so my car failed its MOT today and I need to refurb a caliper, went to Mr T and ordered the kit but I was wondering if anyone can do a how too. Theres lots of chat about it on here solving the problem but no one has actually mentioned how to do it.... is it so simple that i dont need told or is there good instuctions with the refurb kit? again fitz has hit it on the head it all adds up to different charges and you lose a bit of cash + a load of people wanting me to send it to nigeria or somewhere....I'd rather take a little les and give a member a deal than have the hassle. There is a shop here in Edinburgh that will give me £420 straight of the bat but I am so busy at work that getting there while it is open is a pain.
