  1. I was very very tempted to bid, but it went up to £3600 at the end, which is not such a bargain.

    Noob

Many contratulations mate! Finally a use for the rear seats eh?
  3. Anything from £35k to £60K depending what engine etc you go for. Have a look at http://www.ultima-gtr.info and http://www.ultima-canam.info. Loads of info there. They're amazing bits of kit, always fancied building one myself.
  4. More like a T61+ I would think. Terry has a GT35R/T61 hybrid I think? And eyefi has a GT35R too I think.
  5. It doesn't provide downforce as such, but it does reduce lift at speed. Aparently anyway!
  6. Yeah yeah, you say that now! I'll be expecting those favours you promised in exchange for voting...
  7. Is it a facelift headlight? I have my old facelift ones here, the drivers side one is a bit yellowed but not too bad.
  8. I know what you mean about the chippings, perfectly normal. It's amazing how much crap a big wide sticky tire picks up. Have a look at your tyres next time before you drive off and you'll see what I mean.
  9. Placed my vote (2 actually, one for each email address ). Apart from anything else I'd fear for my life if I didn't considering how insistant she was at that meet the other week!
  10. The Garrett GT35R has a T3 flange off the shelf from Garrett, although you can also get it with a T4 from places like Precision.
  11. Presumably you have to wire it in to the ABS lines then? I take it it's not a plug n play thing. Must be a right pain to wire in...
  12. Presumably all these ECU based systems only use the RPM and speed signals to decide if wheel spin is occurring. The advantage of RLTC is that it uses the individual wheel speeds from the ABS sensors. So it can tell when you are cornering, and allow less slip than when you're in a straight line, which the ECU based ones can't (unless they also have the ABS wheel speed sensors wired in).
  13. You'll be fine, the engine is non-interference remember, so it won't have damaged anything, just need to reset the timing.
  14. Well I'm definitely thinking of buying one of 'em, just sorting out everything else so I know what I'm doing atm!
  15. Hehe, nice one. You never know, I might get a discount next time something breaks... Mine was in there last week being MOTd. They have an "arrangement" with the MOT place when it comes to emmissions if you know what I mean .
  16. Arnouts is a T4 according to the info he posted up about it, as are pretty much all the Supra manifolds you can buy AFAIK.
  17. Jesus! That's pretty mad. Triton will sort you out, they're good guys in there. I've got a front undertray, dunno if it will fit though as it's from a facelift manual TT of course. I know the ones with an active spoiler are different, have you got one of those?
  18. I've got a 6sp shifter that I took out when I fitted my short shift. Dunno what exactly you mean by the tripod though?
  19. I'm getting this too, cleared my cache and cookies and it still happens. It started today, was fine yesterday.
  20. You're not going to mistake fuel cut for anything else, you suddenly lose power, the warning light comes on and you think "shit, what the hell have I broken".
  21. They should change on the Sunday night I reckon, what's the point of an extra hour in bed when it's a Sunday anyway!
  22. Yeah don't worry though, it's nowhere near as bad as "man" flu! I was lucky to survive last week I tell you, virtually hospitalised I was...
  23. Then you're in the same situation as eyefi, the wastegate will vent exhaust gas that would otherwise go through the O2 sensor.
