  1. Looking to test the waters and put the front and rear bumpers as well as side skirts up for sale. Thinking I'll go back to stock with the Supe... I definitely will if I get a buyer for the kit. Hence, this thread. Note that the kit is still on the car. It has a few marks at present, I can provide full pics for anyone interested but as the kit will be removed professionally, any blemishes can be easily addressed subject to sale pending. NB... car is in Ireland so shipping would have to be at the expense of the buyer if UK, could possibly arrange to deliver it myself if in ROI Not sure on price, new I understand it's well over a grand and a half so was thinking €6-700 but open to sensible offers. PM or email [email protected] Link to manufacturer’s site: http://www.evolution.co.jp/signature/supra/ Link to my thread from last year with more pics: http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=189758
  2. Up for a meet up in March... determined to turn up in a Supra to the meet for once! Subscibed (again!)
  3. So is the tempature needle accurate when the stat sticks? ie does engine temp drop that quickly once water is eventually released (1-2 seconds from top to middle) Is the temp taken from the same position as the stat?
  4. Cheers for that Fella... breathing a quiet sigh of relief! No gunk on the oil filler cap so was hoping I'd gotten away with it.
  5. Having a similar probelm of late, but noticed that the heater blows cold when the temp needle goes north of mid way, blows nice and hot when it settles down. Is it just the thermostat or have I bigger problems like HGF?
  6. Not sure you're going to feel the love on here for the Primera too much, tho if speed is what you want the GTi-R conversion along with 4x4 should easily take you into TT swap teritory. Or sell both and get a TT, easier said than done granted.
  7. Ditto. Getting hit for 2 back tyres and maybe a ZX7R this month so need to keep costs down! Might have 2 mates interested, MR2 Turbo and BM 330 but taking the day off work is a hinderance.
  8. Confirmed... just hold the gate for me... I'm on the beer Saturday night!!
  9. Why did no one Pm me??!! I live 5 mins from Mondello!! I'll be there, throw me down for a place on the stand if still available, should have the 19s back on then. Pity about the track time, rears are nearly slick, would've made a fitting way to finish them off!

  11. Very very pricey. He's had that a long time too. I know where there's a particulatly nice 99 Gunmetal TT Auto for sale pretty cheap at the moment, about to put a thread up.
  12. Can someone throw up a rough intinary for the weekend. Looking like I'll be down on either the Saturday or the Sunday, would be helpful to know where to go!
  13. RIP from Irish footie fans too. Might be wrong but I think assistant to Steve Staunton managing the Irish squad was his last job in the game.
  14. They're way cooler than the ones that play La Cucaracha!!
  15. Maybe there will be..... if they overnight some parts from Japan...
  16. #4 made money => a 5th likely. Edit: Talking twaddle at this hour, didn't read the post properly!
  17. Loose wire? Follow the cable out from the gear selector, might be frayed somewhere. Need to take off the centre console and maybe part of the dash but it's not difficult.
  18. Yep, that's me. Better luck next time, maybe try a Sunday afternoon.
  19. The ma and da are in Leixlip, I'll be living out the far side of Prosperous from next week tho. Think that was you behind be thru Celbridge village Saturday evening. Was on a bit of a mission, I'll pull over for a chat next time! How did the meet go? If it helps I didn't make it to the pub either!
  20. Own 2 at the moment, one for 4 years, new one 4 weeks.
  21. I've put a reminder in my phone for Saturday, I'll be around Leixlip for the day so will try drop past if I get finished up early enough.
  22. Really?! Learn something new every day. Cheers.
  23. Definatley didn't go ape on them, only used my body weight by hand on an extender bar. Need to buy a large torque wrench now... no one said Supra ownership was cheap!
  24. Thanks all, been confirmed that they were just a non branded set so probably not the best quality. Lesson learnt!
  25. Lazy request for links and reccommended suppliers. Internet connection barely better than dial up at the mo.
