Looking to test the waters and put the front and rear bumpers as well as side skirts up for sale. Thinking I'll go back to stock with the Supe... I definitely will if I get a buyer for the kit. Hence, this thread. Note that the kit is still on the car. It has a few marks at present, I can provide full pics for anyone interested but as the kit will be removed professionally, any blemishes can be easily addressed subject to sale pending. So is the tempature needle accurate when the stat sticks? ie does engine temp drop that quickly once water is eventually released (1-2 seconds from top to middle) Is the temp taken from the same position as the stat?

Cheers for that Fella... breathing a quiet sigh of relief! No gunk on the oil filler cap so was hoping I'd gotten away with it.

Having a similar probelm of late, but noticed that the heater blows cold when the temp needle goes north of mid way, blows nice and hot when it settles down. Is it just the thermostat or have I bigger problems like HGF?

Not sure you're going to feel the love on here for the Primera too much, tho if speed is what you want the GTi-R conversion along with 4x4 should easily take you into TT swap teritory. Or sell both and get a TT, easier said than done granted.

Ditto. Getting hit for 2 back tyres and maybe a ZX7R this month so need to keep costs down! Might have 2 mates interested, MR2 Turbo and BM 330 but taking the day off work is a hinderance.

Loose wire? Follow the cable out from the gear selector, might be frayed somewhere. Need to take off the centre console and maybe part of the dash but it's not difficult.

Definatley didn't go ape on them, only used my body weight by hand on an extender bar. Need to buy a large torque wrench now... no one said Supra ownership was cheap!

Thanks all, been confirmed that they were just a non branded set so probably not the best quality. Lesson learnt!
