They cost hell of a lot more to buy in the US dont they, i heard from reading supraforums they have real trouble registering them over there tho so tread carefully. Unless he'd be using it for track car, still be careful.

Its weird that because on any other car forum toyo's are considered to be one of the best tyres. Must be a big power RWD thing which makes them not as effective on the Supe, they would be fine imo on your mazda 6!

Try bell, elephant, admiral, should be cheaper than the confused quotes, well for me anyway, and they have the SZ on there online system! At least you'll get cover without being stupid prices.

To be honest with you its the way people drive well a lot of em anyway, they just dont look for enough ahead and brake way to late. I prefer to bring my speed down early and then accelerate on leaving plenty of distance.

Thanks everyone for your help with this, ended up getting cash and going to the bank straight away with it. Everything went fine, was just getting worried for no reason really, cash is easiest way really for both parties involved if they want to take the car straight away.

Not sure i was getting mixed up thought you cudnt register a 97 for britain due to no model report being available but i was wrong .
