  1. As far as im aware you cant get the 18 x 10 rears anymore... /vbb/images/smilies/bbcode_shock.gif Note to self: Do not f*ck up your rear wheels!
  2. I just placed some spongy tape I have on top of the rubbers as I rarely open the boot, never heard a noise from them since.
  3. Last time I watched the LMA Series there where some very fast cars (ex-touring nissan almera/vauxhall cavalier and a noble). Dont recognise half the names in the Class A list of drivers for 2011 though, should be interesting. Good luck

    HTC Mobile

@welshbuddy: I have the Google N1, it is a great phone, but the touchscreen issue is damn annoying, fed up of being half way through a text message and having to power off/on to fix the keys mis-registering due to the screen getting confused about where im touching it. Cant fault it apart from that. @Ian: On my Google N1 I can move some applications to the SD card to free up space available on the phone, maybe you can do the same thing.
  5. That driver should be banned for life (the car driver).
  6. Here's another: http://www.virginmedia.com/funny-videos/video/cats-argue-over-printer/832065499001
  7. I've read Crysis 2 doesnt support DX11, you can tell its suffered from consolitis as your suit can now have 2 specialities activated at the same time - talk about holding the casual gamers hand.

    Firefox 4

View > Toolbars > Tabs on Top (uncheck and they will go to the bottom like v3.x did)

    SLS Merc 6.3

Nice looking motor, but I'd prefer a SL65 Black Series - drivers looking at one in their rear view mirror would think Satan himself is following them! Hope my numbers come up on tonights lotto!
  13. I've pre-ordered it for the PC, I very rarely pre-order these days as most PC games are buggy rush jobbies or poor console ports, however I've been happy with Bad Company 2 and the Vietnam expansion so I believe DICE will make a decent job of it. Hopefully the gameplay is as enjoyable, if not better, than BC2 has been. The Frostbite 2 engine sounds as though it has improved on the original FrostBite engine, for starters it has been coded from scratch to improve future DLC/Patch implementation (a DICE dev made a very informative post on the problems patching the FB engine in BC2 - hence you currently get massive patches when little content has been changed).
  14. How many people will you expect to use this? MS Access has a very low limit to the number of concurrent connections it can handle, as suggested the likes of MySQL would be better to future-proof the scalability of it, or you could use Microsoft SQL Server Express, a free and scaled down version of SQL Server (should you be limited to running on a Windows OS - though you can get MySQL running on Windows also).
  15. Take all the memory out, boot it up, does it get so far as giving you 4 beeps to indicate memory error (as there is none) without restarting? If it continues rebooting every 2 seconds after that it isnt your memory.
  16. I have an ATI card and I was messing with the video settings in the Catalyst Control Center (CCC) and it resulted in problems similar to yours. I had to reset the CCC to default to undo the changes I made to the video settings and its been fine since. If you have an ATI card, and have CCC installed, reset to the defaults. If you have another brand theres a good chance you'll have a control panel of some sort whereby you can reset the card to its defaults.
  17. Do you have a spare PSU you could try to eliminate the PSU as the cause? PSU would be my first guess - regardless of how new it is. Second guess would be the motherboard shorting out on the case - you could take the motherboard out of the case and try booting it up on a piece of cardboard to eliminate that as the cause (do not boot up on the plastic bag the motherboard comes in!). Failing that, remove all add-on cards and try booting with minimal add-ons - 1 stick ram, 1 HD, etc and if it boots OK then add 1 thing at a time until the problem presents itself to identify the culprit.
  18. Bloody impressive bit of kit, hopefully they'll get it on the NHS in the future.
  19. AFIAK a RR will increase the boost levels to a certain limit (ie: 1.2 bar) but it wont control them, a boost controller will regulate the boost to give you a more consistent boost level at WOT. I have a boost controller fit to mine (was already on the car when I purchased it) however I dont have it on as it doesnt have a digital display to indicate what boost it is set to. Edit: http://www.torquecars.com/tuning/boost-controllers.php
  20. I've noted that at BPU levels in my 95RZ, using a RR with the stock air box (uprated panel filter) gives me 1.0 bar on WOT, running a RR with an induction kit gives me 1.2 bar on WOT, just thought I'd mention it. I havent really noticed a difference between 1.0 and 1.2 bar on WOT. You'll also want to run some colder plugs suitable for BPU levels.

  23. Have you Windows Phone users seen the issue about 'phantom data' sucking up users bandwidth causing them to go over their monthly data plan? :: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-12152517 :: http://www.zdnet.co.uk/news/security/2011/01/11/microsoft-checks-windows-phone-7-phantom-data-bug-40091379/ :: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/technology/microsoft/8252023/Windows-Phone-7-sending-phantom-data.html
