  1. Just insure her on your supra Jurgen - its black afterall Totally agree with you though - what a t#sser
  2. Is the RLTC easy to install, or should it be done by a pro?
  3. I feel very lucky to have found a car to the spec I wanted in such good condition with low mileage (the mods are an added bonus). The car looks nice in the pics, but its looks even better in real life Cheers Jurgen, I would definitely recommend you to anyone looking for a jap import Note to Self: Change signature shortly
  4. Looks like Pabs car to me, the one that crashed in Eccleston (just down the road from me).
  5. You could try pairing it with one of these: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/electric-supercharger-turbo-toyota-mr2-supra-celica_W0QQitemZ8009973027QQcategoryZ36680QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  6. I was attracted by their 'classic car' insurance since its generally cheaper Think I'll phone them next week and see if I get the same response (initially I used their online form).
  7. Hello, Are there any members here with a modified import jap supra that is insured with Lancaster Insurance (http://www.lancaster-ins.co.uk)? I tried to get a quote for a modified supra (using Jurgens 95RZ spec) and they replied saying they wont insure modified imports. Cheers Simon
  8. Sounds like my corolla gti did when the battery was low and the solenoid stuck. Had to put it in gear and rock it back and forth to free up the solenoid.
  9. When you phone Sky for a quote, do they ask you for your "mkiv Supra Owners Club" membership number to prove your a member of the club so you qualify for any discounts they may offer? If so, where do you get your membership number from? Cheers
  10. Hi Jurgen, If you do register it to yourself tomorrow, would you consider selling it in the near future? I ask as I am looking to buy a 95 Silver RZ TT (the 95 RZ that was launched with bigger brakes after the old RZ was renamed to the RZS). However I can't spend a penny at the moment until my accountant gets back to me to tell me how much bending over I need to do for the tax man Im going to start getting some insurance quotes. Whilst Im here, can I ask the following: :: Is the EVC the "EZ" model? (it looks like it, but would like to confirm) :: Is the exhaust a cat-back one, or is it a decatted system? :: If it is a decatted system, does it have a restrictor ring in place? :: Do you know what boost it is running? :: What size rubber do the 18" alloys have on them? (Im a "Goodyear F1" fan, and would like to get a quote from a m8 who does them as it would be my first upgrade on a supra) Cheers Simon
  11. Is that offer of a free supra legally binding? (takes screenshot) lol. Thanks for the info. Do you need the membership card to qualify for club-related discounts such as insurance via sky?
  12. Out of curiosity whats in the members pack?
  13. Hi KaRacing, Are you saying the vents are not real vents, or the vents have some form of 'rain guard' underneath to prevent/limit water entry? Cheers
  14. Just came across a set of lights on ebay should anyone be looking for some: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-Headlights-near-and-offside-NEW_W0QQitemZ4582664389QQcategoryZ10428QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem Current Highest Bid is £102 for the set @ 14:55 today.
  15. Hello, Can anyone tell me how wide a supra with the TRD3000GT bodykit is? And, are there any problems with water getting onto anything 'water sensitive' in the engine bay via the numerous bonnet vents? Cheers PS: Yes I did make a typo in the thread title
  16. They dont mention the milage in the description (unless Ive developed selective-blindness), but the steering wheel looks well used.
  17. ...so I take it you wont like this supra then: http://www.sportbilen.se/forum/bildforum/albums/userpics/10265/normal_Toyota%20Supra%20(8).jpg ...on the plus side, the kids can use the wheel arches as a slide
  18. Not brilliant english, and some of their negative feedback gives me the impression they mis-represent their goods. Notice the "take a look yourself a good example of a perfect supra". No doubt people seeing the ad think the car displayed is the car they are selling, but I bet he uses the "example" part of his description to dig himself out of a hole when someone pays good money and recieves a box of smarties instead.
  19. Try Here: http://www.lma-group.com/motorsport/Products/Motorsport_Parts/motorsport_parts.html Locking Bonnet Pin Set £14.63 incl vat ...or... http://www.demon-tweeks.co.uk/products/search.asp?keyword=bonnet+pins&classCode=all&brandCode=all&x=22&y=12
