  1. Bernard manning joke if Im not mistaken...funny all the same
  2. As a juror, you must either take an oath on a holy book or must affirm. If your not religious I guess the only option is affirmation whereby you declare you will faithfully try the defendant. I guess you could refuse to faithfully try the defendant...I'd like to be a fly on the wall to hear what the judge has to say
  3. Checkout http://www.thedentman.co.uk. Naff website but I've heard they do a good job.
  4. You can't refuse since it is now legally your "public duty" to be a juror, however you can apply for deferral or discretionary excusal. Deferral can only be granted once. I have already had 1 deferral and Im now asking for excusal as I have better things to do with my time like run my own business as opposed to having to drag my arse all the way to Liverpool to give some scouser in a nicked car a guilty verdict.
  5. Im not sure TBH, but it would appear to be for the J-Spec going off the answer he gave to a question on its diameter.
  6. Doh, it would help wouldn't it. Initial post updated to include link Whilst Im here, theres also a 1st decat pipe for sale (currently £5), not sure if its for UK or J-Spec though: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/TOYOTA-SUPRA-TWIN-TURBO-DECAT-THOUGH-PIPE-MORE-HP-NO-RE_W0QQitemZ8045005740QQcategoryZ38786QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  7. Double-Decat pipe for stock J-Spec MKIV TT. Thought I'd mention it. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/MKiv-SUPRA-TT-EXHAUST-CENTRE-SECTION-REMOVES-BOTH-CATS_W0QQitemZ8045540382QQcategoryZ38786QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  8. This HID kit is from a totalled 300ZX, but seller thinks they may fit supra, currently @ £102 (+ £12 postage in UK) with 1 day left. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/HID-XENON-H1-12000K-KIT-FOR-300ZX-200SX-SUPRA-BMW_W0QQitemZ8044133449QQcategoryZ23009QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  9. Nic, your link in your sig takes you to the Defi Gauges group buy, nothing in there about 02 sensors / fuel filters (unless I've developed selective eye-sight and missed them )
  10. Im sure I've read on this forum that running higher-than-stock boost with both cats in place will put the stock tubbies under more 'strain' (possibly not good for their longevity). Might be an idea to turn the boost down to stock level until you decat it.
  11. Acetone may do the job, similar to nail varnish remover...though im suprised thinners didnt get it off.
  12. I stayed up to watch it on ITV. They showed the pre-fight build up stuff. Both Lacy, his girlfriend and his fat promoter talking lacy up with lines like "lacy will knock out joe...blah blah". Joe showed him how to box, Ive never seen him fight a better fight. He made Lacy looks stupid, certainly not on the same level by a long shot. Lacy's corner were stupid too...he was taking a pasting in the later rounds and they didnt pull him...bet he has a sore face this morning.
  13. Its been sunny near me all day, though the wind was chilly when it picked up. I washed my car but when I came to shammy the excess water off, some of it had turned to ice (didnt feel that cold to me at the time).
  14. They do suit the Supra, and they're the correct offset if Im not mistaken (try to get hold of some TTE center caps though): http://mooch.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/supra/supra_2.jpg
  15. Would it be possible to trace the insurance company and ask them why it was written off? (just to clarify)
  16. I've only had it 4 months now, its 10yrs old (1 prev owner in Japan) and has approx 23k miles on the clock. Think I'll look into the cost of one.
  17. You towed it back with your other car? Congrats
  18. Someone should ask the seller if its been an insurance write off. If he denies it then Im sure the 'unlucky' winning bidder can 'get out of it' due to misrepresentation of goods or something along those lines.

    Guess the car

I think the exhaust is bent out of its usual position.
  20. Could be a cloned plate, its a rising problem these days (more so since Ken Livingstones Congestion Zone!)
  21. It is out on the PC, and you can try one of the 2 demo's of it before you buy. :: Single Player Honda Civic Demo @ Donington (165mb) :: Multiplayer Demo with 3 cars/tracks (555mb) I've tried the Civic demo, doesnt seem to bad, though Im going to get the other demo before spending my dosh on it
