Hi, I have a silver HKS FCON-V in my car and I'll be fitting both decat pipes in the near future. Does anyone know if these silver FCON-V units came with a FCD as standard? If the FCD is standard, is it built-in, or is it an additional device wired in somewhere along the loom, and where would be the most likely place that it would be located so I can try to track it down? I thought I once came across a website where I could enter my FCON Serial No to find out more info, but having google'd all morning I havent come across any such website Cheers Simon

I read about a farmer not so long ago who put up "muck spreading" signs on all entrances to his fields as he was fed up with Gippo's camping there. Some Gippo's came along and the padlock he had on his gate to the field somehow disappeared. He went and got his muck spreading machine and covered them all in sh!t. They complained to the police, the police said since he had the signs in place there was nothing they could do lol......they moved on pretty quick.

The 18" Lexus nine spokes (MK1 GS300 Sport) are the correct offset and centre bore diameter for the Supra. They also fit over the UK spec brakes.

Given the number of little shits running around these days, in a couple generations I can only hope that our Government will wake up and realise that verbal discipline isnt enough for teaching kids right from wrong. I think parents should pay for damage done by their kids, if they are on benefits, their benefits should be diverted to the victim of their kids crime until the cost of the vandalism is paid in full. Maybe then their parents would take some responsibility and maybe we'll see more respect. to find his 'bring back the cane' soapbox>

Jake, no one has mentioned it yet, but be wary of the auto box kicking down on a wet bend as it can cause some unwanted (or wanted!) back end happy action....its caught one or two members out on here.

The heat shield would also give some protection against your filter getting covered in crap from the fan on the radiator.

If you buy them Mikey, you may want to get some aluminium TTE center caps for them (unless you like the Lexus center caps ). You can buy them from TTE in Germany, the product code is AM27533. If you use Mozilla Firefox as your browser (if you dont, you should do ), you can get a FireFox extension called "ForeCastFox", it shows you the weather forecast for your specified area for the next 2 days, I have it and its been spot on so far, I already know I'll be taking the Supra out tomorrow where I am

Im currently mulling over whether to get a high flow cat like those shown when I come to decat my TT (ooh, the irony!). Im sure I read on another site that the police can impound your car on the spot if it fails a roadside emission test, admittedly I read this a good while back so the law may have changed or my memory may just be playing up. Surely a high flow (sports) CAT is less restrictive than an old OEM CAT, with the added benefit of only needing 1 to keep tree hugging hippies happy??

When I was working down in London last year, 2 wankers taking part in the Gumball jumped a red light @ lightspeed near Canary Wharf and nearly broadsided the taxi I was in. I'd be pushing up daisies now if the taxi driver hadnt got a sharp eye and good brakes. Nice cars, but they're just a bunch of wankers who make reckless decisions IMO.
