  1. Saw it today around 5pm-ish. You'd have been parked up a couple houses down from the shops at the Kiln Lane/Bleak Hill Rd junction. Nice looking Supra I don't know, I don't see a Supra for ages, then I see 2 within 24 hours
  2. Saw a nice gun metal grey Supra parked up near the rugby/football fields @ Edge Hill in Ormskirk last night around 9pm. Had a nice kit on it, veilside front bumper with a FMIC and some bonnet I couldnt make out, but had louvres of some kind in it.
  3. I spent today wiring mine in. Not had the car running yet though as I have some other gauges to sort out. Remember to use a 10 amp power source, and you can run the sensor cable through the transmission tunnel on the passenger side (which is more or less just above where your sensor would be positioned in the 2nd decat).
  4. I purchased 2 Blitz Mirror Drive gauges from Nic, but the instructions are in Japanese. Can someone tell me how you configure the peak warning for the gauges (oil temp/boost)? PS: Thanks to Pete for the jap-english conversion of the wiring for the boost gauge. Cheers Simon
  5. You may find one on mkiv.com gallery section.

    which oil

Ive used Valvoline VR1 Racing for my J-Spec BPU TT on recommendation from Envy Performance.
  7. If your happy with a 2nd hand pair, ask JezzyBabes. Alternatively you can get them new for around £100 from one of the traders on here (not sure if its miami-gt, or Nic).
  8. At a guess, have you checked for: :: Knackered suspension (shocks)? :: Loose engine mounts? :: Loose anti-roll bar (not sure if you have one at the front)
  9. My dad just lost over 2 stone in around 8 weeks using a medically backed diet called "Lipotrim". I think most chemists sell it over the counter (its not prescription). If your interested you should seek your doctors opinion first as he may not think its suitable for you. My dad said it was one of the easiest diets he's been on as it reduced his cravings for food which you usually get with other diets.
  10. Interesting stuff, in this mornings post I recieved my insurance renewal quote from Lancaster Insurance. Thats £100+ more than it was last year. I'll definitely be shopping around.
  11. Anyone had a spam email about PhotoBlocker. Looks like repackaged hair spray
  12. That looks like the backbox from the HKS Superdragger
  13. I used "Plus Gas" on mine, its better at penetrating than WD40 IMO.
  14. I've just ordered some Plasti-kote Chrome Enamel spray, should be ideal for spraying plastics (see my 2nd link in previous post). Will let you know what its like when I get it.
  15. Can you not paint them with a chrome effect paint? :: http://www.paintsprays.co.uk/catalog/product_info.php/cPath/79/products_id/229 :: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/NEW-Plasti-kote-Chrome-Fast-Dry-Enamel-Spray-100ml_W0QQitemZ230036019371QQihZ013QQcategoryZ57217QQssPageNameZWD1VQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

    Racing a supra

You can just about see it in the attached picture Tony. Its pretty much under the boot floor (the fuel pump is located below the spare wheel in the boot). I'd have thought a smaller custom tank would be better for racing to prevent fuel starvation.

I think Tony mentioned it would be around 20 minutes racing Gaz, I'd have thought the stock tank would be ok for that duration, but then again I've never 'given it death' on a full tank of petrol for 20 mins to confirm that

Tony, I don't know if you have a source for perspex windows, but I know of a company called Plastics4Performance. They're based in bolton. They do lots of work for the motorsport industry.
  19. I think some people don't know Wales exists Dave
  20. Im glad they're getting more money (tax rebate). I don't think our lads should get taxed whilst theyre on operations outside of the UK. Its a shame our Gov wont calculate the tax rebate back to when the war(s) started. Anyone in the armed forces has my total respect.
  21. I've just filled up with Tesco Super Unleaded (99 RON), it was 87.9p per litre! (last time I filled up it was 101.9p per litre!) Cost me just over £50 to fill up my Soop
  22. I watch it ...its funny as hell watching them have a go at each other. Im sure leepu welds the bonnet shut on purpose to stop the mechanic getting in his way lol. I couldnt believe the red car (shown below) that was made from the biggest piece of shit ever...funny when they bought the engine, they had it running on the pavement outside the place where they were buying it from lol. They look nice on the outside, but underneath they're a mess! http://www.thedailystar.net/2006/05/13/2006-05-13__tech01.jpg http://www.thedailystar.net/2006/01/21/2006-01-21__tech01.jpg
  23. I've raced many bikes in my Supra and won by huge distances all the time....the kids simply couldnt pedal fast enough to keep up
  24. It may be cold by the time it gets to you Daston: I believe the 1st cat was mainly for the US market who require the cars emissions to be within a certain range from a cold start or something like that. Lots of members on here have passed with just the 2nd Cat in. Other tips are clean air filter and 02 sensor(s).
  25. None taken m8, I see what you mean now - it didnt sink in first time - better go get myself a coffee
