  1. Im looking to get a new Sky DigiBox and was wondering if anyone here would recommend one they may be using. I have normal Sky, Not Sky+, or Sky HD. The DigiBox I currently have is a Panasonic TU-DSB20 and its getting on my tits (its old, its freezes, it loses the menus, it has poor signal quality, plus it looks crap too lol). I've been looking around for non Sky+/HD DigiBoxes that would be compatible with my 'normal' Sky subscription. I've come across the following: :: Pace DS445NB (2007 Model) :: Amstrad DRX550 (same shell as the Pace above) Anyone have either, or could suggest another? Cheers

    Bioshock

FWIW, the E6750 has G0 stepping and allegedly overclocks better. It also has a higher FSB (1333 mhz) compared to the E6700 (1066 mhz).

Just make sure you dont walk around the back of your PC when the 2900XT's fans are on full rpm, you'll get blown over
  4. All the above, but in bigger font
  5. When your feeling hungry, drink lots of water to make you feel full. I just dropped 10lbs in 4.5 days on Lipotrim (water-based shakes/soups) and bottled water...just in time for the start of Basketball season
  6. Next time he's in your street, get in your mondeo, as he passes accidentally drive over him, then claim when you started the vehicle to go to the local charity to give a donation, you didnt realise the car was in gear. Then explain that due to the stress of accidentally running over someone, you panicked and kept getting reverse and first gear mixed up, which was why you repeatedly drove over him several times.....you'll get a slap on the wrist off the law, and a street party off the locals
  7. Damn, and I even searched for a post on it too

  11. I noticed a while back when I had to remove the turbo heatshield to fix a boost leak that both my turbo's had writing on them. Im sure Toyota have no need to do this when they rolled off the production line, so was left wondering if they are likely to be hybrids or some second hand ones (the car came with FCON and boost controller, and low mileage, so theres the chance they over-indulged with the boost and blew the turbo's). I know you can't tell if they are hybrids without taking the turbo's off, but I just want someone to clarify that the factory stock turbo's dont come with writing on them like shown below: http://mooch.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/supra/turbo_writing.jpg Cheers
  12. Here's some pictures from my phone, hope they're good enough to identify with: http://mooch.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/supra/brake1.jpg http://mooch.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk/supra/brake2.jpg

  16. 'Paint forensics' on the trailor to see if any of your paint is present on it (or the hook)? ...it can be done, though the police would probably need to enforce such action. http://64.233.183.104/search?q=cache:14mkxHMw_O8J:www.channel4.com/science/microsites/S/science/society/forensic_trace.html+auto+paint+forensics&hl=en&ct=clnk&cd=2&gl=uk&client=firefox-a
  17. Cheers Michael. I had seen the http://www.1337pc.co.uk website in my earlier searches, but it didnt look that professional and I've never heard of them before, plus it was hard to get any reviews on them. The redstore one looks promising though. As far as Im aware, Corsair use Micron chips, and Crucial is part of Micron, apparently both makes use the same chips.
  18. Cheers Hiten. They link to the Crucial website. Edit I've checked Pete's website Alex, but he doesnt supply it.
  19. Cheers Michael, sadly they dont sell the 2GB kits.
  20. Hi Ho Everyone Im currently looking for some PC2-8500 DDR2 memory for my PC upgrade. Im a fanboy of Crucial as I've never had problems with their stuff in the past. Im now looking for either: 1> 2GB Kit (2x1GB) Crucial Ballistix DDR2 PC2-8500 (Part No: BL2KIT12864AA1065) 2> 2GB Kit (2x1GB) Crucial Ballistix Tracer DDR2 PC2-8500 (Part No: BL2KIT12864AL1065) I have tried the following online retailers: :: http://www.crucial.com/uk/ - in stock (£121.99 ex vat) :: http://www.microdirect.co.uk - sold out (£77.20 ex vat) :: http://www.komplett.co.uk - sold out (£86.81 ex vat) :: http://www.misco.co.uk - sold out (£76.99 ex vat) :: http://www.overclockers.co.uk - in stock (£104.99 ex vat) :: http://www.ebuyer.co.uk - don't stock it :: http://www.cclonline.co.uk - don't stock it :: http://www.novatech.co.uk - don't stock it :: http://www.scan.co.uk - don't stock it :: http://www.dabs.co.uk - don't stock it :: http://www.aria.co.uk - don't stock it (cheers Michael) Are there any other reputable online retailes I have missed, so I can go see if they stock this item as I need some by the weekend. Cheers
  21. Could also try Lancaster Insurance too.
  22. Looks nice, but I wouldnt want to be doing high speed runs in it without a wing personally, might have early 'audi tt' syndrome.
  23. Yes he did have proper Abflug ones.
  24. I would look at the 'upgrade bundles' on http://www.overclockers.co.uk, for example: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=BU-037-OK&groupid=701&catid=339&subcat= You get a CPU, Mobo and DDR2 memory (the same parts listed can be bought cheaper elsewhere though). You'll also have to ensure your PSU is poweful enough to run the CPU and whatever Graphics card your going for.
