  1. You should be OK, his `third party cover` should pay up to its market value.
  2. I am not sure how many Supra owners would be sticking the badge on the back of their car 'Japs I Tuning`, 'Tuned by Japs I', 'Japs I Powered' or 'Japs I Performance'.

    PS3 vs XBOX360

Plus am I not right in thinking that the 60gb version had wifi connection capability and the 40gb can only be set up via fixed ethernet cable? Bugger....was going to get a PS3 in the new year and the daft sods have complicated things by dropping some of the key features from the 60gb version! This said, my mate has both PS3 and 360 and although I do like the 360 he is now on his 5th replacement box!!!!! Thats just an overly unacceptable failure rate for me!!!! Plus I do think the graphics on the PS3 are slightly better. Also BluRay asside, standard DVD's are unbelievable via the PS3 with its enhancement engine...so still lots of plus points.
  4. The sides definately just clip in. The front main grill also has the same clips but I think they are also using the top and bottom plastic trim holes as locating points for fixing lugs. I was waiting on the fitting instructions before I bought them as its one thing to see them fitting well on a show car its another to fit it yourelf and find them wobbling around and falling out!!
  5. Saw these at Japshow, looked good and well made and have been waiting for them to send me details on how to fit them. The side sectons from what I could make out simply push and clip in round the back of the bumper which is the work of seconds but the main grill needs a bit more explanation on how its fitted? Anyone got the fitting instructions from these guys yet?
  6. Out of interest has anyone made/fitted a water spray for the intercooler on their Supra? Just wondering? If they have did it have any noticable effects?
  7. they would be the best advent calendars in the world !!!
  8. Some months back I saw a Merc SL 55 AMG and the guy had taken the badges off and put on one side a Fiat badge and on the other Panda!!! Now he is either so wealthy this is funny or a nutter!!!
  9. To be honest I could not tell you. Mine is so intermittent that I did nothing about it. (probably happens once every 6 months!) This was one of the solutions to the problem that was given to me so it may help, but other than that I don’t know much more…. If you do get to the bottom of the problem however I would be interested..

    Crash at Readin meet

Yea I remember! He looked like he was auditioning for 'strictly come dancing` with all the spins and pirouettes he put in before coming to a stop half way up the roundabout! He was bloodly lucky not to hit you or anyone else! Plus its the wheel spins and rabbit starts in the car park that I mind about the most. People are happily walking about and then have to jump out of the way as some tool in a Civic feels like they need to express how poweful their 1.2 is!!
  11. Might be of some help? http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?t=48855

    Joke - AH RASTA JOKE

The comments have made me laugh.......the so called joke did not!
  15. Great game - lovely graphics - but completed it in 2 days. Online is OK but still think GRAW is better. Good thing it being so short as it gives me more time to put into Assassins Creed!!! Phew... this is taking a lot of playing to get anywhere with it! Again, lovely touches but once you have stopped looking at the graphics there is just no real variety in the game. Shame, had such high hopes for this!

    Joke

Heard this one today….might be old but I laughed!! New zoo keeper arrives for his first day and is given the job of cleaning up after the animals. Senior keeper says to him “go clean the fish tanks”, so off he trots! He climbs into the fish tank but as he does so he steps on a sleeping fish and kills it. Wanting to cover his tracks he picks up the fish and lobs it over his shoulder into the Gorilla enclosure. The Gorilla happily picks up the fish and eats it…..sorted thinks the new keeper! The senior keeper then asks him to clean out the monkey enclosure. Whilst in with the monkeys he is merrily cleaning away but upsets one of the little buggers in the process, a fight ensues and he hits the monkey with a rake killing it stone dead….bloody hell he thinks, well the Gorilla liked the fish perhaps he can get rid of the dead monkey as well and throws it into the Gorilla enclose….sure enough the Gorilla tears it apart and eats it! After doing such a good job the senior keeper asks him to go to the `Insect World` and give that a spruce up. Happily working away the keeper accidentally backs into a hive of rare African Bees who immediately go mad and swarm round him. Panicking the keeper wildly swings with his broom until all the bees are dead. Yep, you guessed it….again he scoops up the bees and throws them to the Gorilla who happily eats them up like sweets. Ready for it……….. Just then the other Gorilla in the enclosure comes over and sits next to his mate and says “whats the food like today?” Not bad says the Gorilla, so far I have had Fish, Chimps and Mushy Bees!
  18. W.A.S.P. saw them 2 weeks ago......just excellent! Still raving about it now to people. Part of their 'Crimson Idol' tour which worked really well!!! This now ranks as my favority gig, but before this the best live bands I have seen where 'Beastie Boys', 'Prodigy' and 'The Cult'.
  19. Yep you have to tweak your tv and ps3 to get the best picture (syncronising them with each other). If not set up properly it can look overly grainy. Cant remember exactly how we did this at a mates but when you get it right the picture is just awsome!
  20. Well saw them Friday night....... They were absolutely brilliant....best gig ever! I dont think we will see them come to the UK again anytime soon so really chuffed I managed to get to see them!
  21. Strong possibility its your pads!!! I had the same thing, mine clunked loads. Especially noticable whist parking ie moving forward and back and also on lock when pulling up in the drive etc. At the time I had rubbish EBC green pads in them. Changed the pads.....no more clunking
  22. Yea, that is one thing that wont be the same...the absence of Chris Holmes. Still, fingers crossed for a brilliant night...its the 7th gig in a 41 gig European Tour so hopefully they are warmed up and not yet worn out!
  23. Dio...now that is a blast from the past... They where not really my cup of tea, too many 'dragons, goblins and wizards' reminded me too much of Spinal Tap!! Although I did like a mixed bag of metal, WASP, Metallica, Motley Crue, Anthrax, Slayer, Zeppelin (of course), G'n'R, AC/DC, Sabbeth and ......... yes Poison.... (I know what the comments will be but I did like them!!!)
