  1. If you do, go and look for the latest duel release albums, WASP & Last Command are on one CD set and Headless Children & Inside the Electric Circus are on another, plus there is also The Best of the Best if you just want a CD of the main popular release stuff.
  2. LOL H Yep, resisting the temptation at the moment but tomorrow I will set my PC to play all of the WASP classics from WASP, Last Command, Inside the Electric Circus, Headless Children etc.....to really get in the mood!
  3. Yea, I absolutely loved them! In the great rock era with the likes of the Crue and Metallica! I have never seen them live before so am really looking forward to it.....I just hope they live up to my already inflated expectations...
  4. How excited am I Just got my tickets through to see W.A.S.P. tomorrow at Astoria! Yea, I know this is 80's 90's rock (and I am sure some people will say they are rubbish) but when I was 16 I loved them. I hope that 18 years on they are still as good and outrageous as I remember them!!!
  5. Guys has anyone with a PS3 had any reliability issues with their console? Myself and a mate of mine are keen Xbox players and to be fair probably use the console every night, but over the past 12-18 months the Xbox has failed no less than 5 times and has had to be sent back each time! Which is just unacceptable. With this in mind, has anyone had any similar experiences with the PS3 as I think I am going to get one now in favor of the 360 but I would be well p*****d off if it had similar failure rate issues. I dont think it has, but anyones experience would be helpful.
  6. Little ******** ..... I only had a few actually knock on my door (which I gave stuff to) but had loads of them walking up and down the road, all about 15-16 yrs old. Checked the car this morning to find two of my Toyota embossed valve caps gone!!!! Which I wont be able to replace! Utter *****, I absolutely hate the little bastards, nothing is sacred anymore!
  7. Is this anywhere near.... Lucy Lykes, The Cockwell Inn, Hurbum, Tillet, Herts. HT24 7TJ

    supra snow

Got caught out once at work a few years ago and by the time I could leave there was a good few inches of snow on the ground. My first problem was getting it out of the car park without hitting any of the other cars. Mine is an auto and even under the lightest of touches on the throttle the rear wheels spun and squirmed the car sideways. My second problem was stopping as it just slid everywhere (I called a mate who I worked with and got him to drive in front of me about 40 yards to try and carve a path and give me advanced warning of breaking etc). I guess your thinking why go to the effort and risk it....at the time I was working in a not so nice area and even in a secure car park we had loads of cars broken into so I had no choice but to risk getting it home... Not something I would like to do again.....
  9. Ah....I have only just seen this..... Sorry guys !
  10. I had a hand made exhaust on mine built by BlueFlame (mostly known for their racing stuff). Before this I had a HKS SuperDragger which is a waste of time as the mild steel section gets bashed over speedbumps and then rots! Might be worth speaking to them as they fit it to your car and you can choose from a number of style options and also how loud you want it! Mine is shown on their web site http://www.blueflameperformance.com/car/exhausts/custom_exhausts.asp
  11. Painting a 7 foot high 200m galvanized fence with a 6" brush round the perimeter of my mates breakers yard all on my own. After the first 2 weeks I was in pain and going a bit mad...especially as all I had achieved was to finish the base coat and had another `effin` 2 weeks of top coat left to do....... never...never...again!!
  12. I sort of agree....but I dont like a lot of the kits out there as they are too in you face style and this is fairly slick and if this was the only addition to the car then your not overly trying to make it look like a Ferrari.....
  13. yea this is what a mate of mine thinks.....I dont know...I quite like it
  14. I have seen this car on the net a few times and quite like the front Ferrari style bumper, does anyone know who makes it and if its available from anywhere in the UK? Although I would be concerned you would not get enough air flow?
  15. Jezz, can you help with any of this? Cheers..... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showthread.php?p=1628314#post1628314
  16. Looking to replace some missing and broken interior trim can anyone help? See attached photos... 1. Top half of rear seat (fold down bit) in standard black faux leather. Must be in excellent condition all round. 2. Door trim fixing 3. Rear boot cover 4. Lower door sill trim fixing 5. Centre console - glove box (complete), again must be in unmarked condition. Cheers
  17. take a look on http://www.avforums.com to see if its a common issue with your model
  18. OK, went to look at the car yesterday. Not exactly a minter! Has at some point taken a front end knock (hard to tell how bad but possibly only a light knock?) Engine I think has been swapped at some point, but to be fair sounds quite sweet and no smoke on start up or even after idle. (and there is oil in it ) Whole car has seen paint at some point and in places it looks a bit rough but the masking job they have done is quite good? Interior a bit ropey and needs some tidying. Dash scratches, fair amount of wear and tear on seats etc. Bit of a shock, has had 10 owners! and comes with no supporting service history. All this said, the guy bought it knowing nothing about Supras and found that when he came to insure it its way too much for him! Overall the car is a little rough but could be a reasonable project or doner car for someone who is looking to get a cheap Sup to begin with as you may be able to do a deal with him? Not for us though..
  19. This is what concerns me! I have decided to go with him in about an hour as I think I need to see it before he makes any real decisions.... TBH.... even if it all looks and drives OK I still may suggest he get an AA inspection just on the off chance there is something major thats not easily spotted!
  20. Yea I think I am going to have to go with him to stop him having a mad impulse buy. Having a had a TT myself for years it will be interesting to drive an NA, I think I have only driven one once. Is there anything specific to an NA I should look for?
  21. MMMM... I agree, but have not looked under many NA bonnets so I dont know either?
  22. A mate of mine is going to look at this car in today and on the face of it its very cheap for the apparent condition, milage etc.....in fact it seems too cheap http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/254597.htm Does anyone know of this car and if so do they know if its hiding anything nasty?
  23. The guy I think you are talking about is SWANDIP IMO - his Supra is probably one of the best I have seen, although he made one big mistake and did not remove the rear wiper....even he admits in heinsight he wished he had had it done!
