hello mate and welcome! im in the same boat as you. Ive been a member on here for quite a while now, just waiting for my house with a garage and a supe will be the 1st thing on my shopping list! In my 14 yrs driving, ive had a 1.6 Escort, 1.1 Fiesta, 1.6 Escort, 2L rover and an Escort 1.8 turbo diesel so i cant wait!

ive got a escort turbo diesel v reg '99 and have to say it has been a reliable car during the 3 yrs ive had it. Usual things have worn thru wear n tear like the front uvj's, wishbones, tyres, brakes, etc, (and ive just replaced the advance solenoid in the injector pump), but thats all ive done in 3 yrs and 57,000 happy miles

Andy, really gutted for ya mate. I hate seeing mashed up cars, especially supras. But hey, you're still here and live to fight another day, and another supe will soon be on the way. (pardon the rhyme). Good luck mate

Nearly every day I see a Silver one southbound on the M11 between the M25 and london. I try ro keep up with it in me Escort but I think he's laughing at me now! He wont be laughing when I get mine
