  1. Ok. I've bought another switch, think its the right one this time with 5 terminals; 1 L and 1 N on SUPPLY side and 1 L and 1 N on LOAD side (plus an earth in the casing). Only 1 of the wires is 'live' coming down from the ceiling, should this be connected to the L SUPPLY or L LOAD?
  2. ok cheers guys I'll try and get another switch!
  3. Can my new one be connected easily and how?
  4. Yes red in both the 'L's and black in both the 'N's
  5. Im changing a pull cord switch for my extractor in the bathroom and the new one seems to have different terminals. The old one has 5 terminals; L com, L 1-way, N, N 2-way and E. The new one has 4 terminals; L1, L2, com and E. Does anyone know the correct way to wire this? The old one The new one
  6. Not needed no more. I managed to remove the gold with nail varnish remover and it is now nice shiny silver, looks brand new! Thanks for the comments
  7. I've looked on ebay but they seem to be different sizes. Does anyone know the price of these from Toyota?
  8. I need a silver Toyota badge. I have a gold one on at the moment but me thinks silver will look better. If anyone would like a gold one or swap for a silver one let me know. Dimensions are (mm): h-62 w-81 distance between locating pins-47mm
  9. Lowlife scum of the earth whoever did that. Hope it aint too expensive to sort mate
  10. Shame mate Hope it goes well getting her fixed
  11. Have you done it yet mate? I found the best way to remove the filter is from above, standing by the n/s front wing. You'll need to get 2 hands on it so :- Disconnect and remove the battery (this creates access for your left hand between numerous hoses and cables) Undo 3 bolts and move some kind of module out of the way which sits directly above the suspension strut (this creates access for your right hand) Unclip 1 hose just above and to the r/h/s of the filter Clean the filter up using loads of kitchen towels, a bit of washing up liquid and then drying thoroughly (this will improve your grip greatly) Wash hands with washing up liquid. You can then get 2 clean dry hands on the clean and dry filter and with a bit of brut strength you should be able to undo the filter by hand As soon as you get it moving, get an air tight bag and hold it underneath the filter to catch the oil and the filter as it comes out Job done
  12. I want one of these bump valves
  13. Its a shame seeing a Supra in this state, but as long as the parts go to a good home it aint too bad. I suppose its like being an organ donor - when you don't need the parts no more someone else will benfit from them
  14. I would have been able to do this for you but I've got a new computer and my old editing software isn't compatable with Windows Vista Someone else will do it I'm sure
  15. You can drive around for weeks and be lucky to see 1 Supra. Cars I've seen in the last 6 weeks: - TVR - 3 Ferrari - 3 Lamborghini - 2 Supra - 0 Also, I think that the styling alone has to put the Supra in a very elite category. When it was released, IMO the design was years ahead of its time
  16. Well done Kint! I haven't stopped grinning since I bought mine in May last year!
  17. Wheres the boot release thread Homer? I fancy a laugh after all the stress of trying to get MOT'd !!!

  21. Thanks danno did you have it?
  22. Can anyone confirm that the 1st uk cat bolts to the turbo and the 2nd uk cat bolts to the 1st cat?
  23. Yes UK ones I'm after! Thanks anyway, I'm having great problems getting hold of these, I reckon the person who lends me their cats I'm gonna marry!!! Oh and the Games Legend bit. . . . mis-spent youth without a doubt !!!
