  1. Don't really want to let this go but financial situations might make me!!! Looking for sensible offers at this moment in time as I don't really want it to go but if I get offered the right money and it will help me out then it has to go. As the title says, it's a 1995 NA. I bought the car in September last year when it had just arrived in the Uk from Japan. For road tax reasons it was first registered to the guy who imported it and then transfered into my name straight away, making me the first proper owner over here. The car has got around 58k miles on it now and has been dry stored over the winter. It was put into storage at the beginning of November and was only re-insured this week. It has just come back from the bodyshop 2 weeks ago. The body work was extremely straight but each panel had a small mark in the paint and I personally wasn't happy with it so I have had a full respray. All glass bar the windscreen were removed to do this as the front screen rubber could be folded back and painted under. All the bodykit was remover, handles, mirros etc and all painted seperatly. The alloys have just be shot blasted and stove enamled in white again too as once the respray was done it made these look a cream colour!!! Now it all looks the same colour and extremely shiney. The car its self is in fantastic condition, it drives lovely. It has a manual gearbox in it which makes it nicer to drive in my opinion. According to the importer it has a Razo Quick shift fitted to it to but I wouldn't know what I was looking for. I have fitted a genuine TRD Leather Ball Gearknob to it since I got the car aswell. There is a double Din Nakamichi audio unit fitted which is a single Cd and Mini Disc player, this all works fine. I have fitted a band expander to it too so I can listen to Uk radio on it. Apart from these few bits the interior of the car is standard and very clean. The exterior of the car is next to mint now after its respray. It has got a full bodykit fitted which consists of the following: Bomex front bumper, Regulus Side skirts, Regulus Rear Bumper Extension and TRD Rear Spoiler. I also have a standard front bumper which came on the car which has a Regulus Front Lip Extension on it. The suspension is factory Bilstien all round and rides lovely. It has got standard J-Spec brakes alround too, with some uprated front pads fitted. All the calipers have been cleaned, painted and re-stickered. The alloys are 18" OZ Racing, with 8.5J on the front with 235/40 18 Bridgestone tyres and 9.5J on the rear with 265/35 18 Bridgestone tyres. As I have already said, these have been refurbed due to colour not looking bright enough next to the new paint!! I have got new OZ graphics on the way for them too. It has got clear side repeaters and genuine clear facelift front indicators fitted. The headlights are slightly yellow, I have had them polished and it has made a massive improvement. The engine bay is standard in everyway, no after market filter taking power away from this engine. The exhaust is a replica of a HKS item I believe. It has come from Japan and is stamped with the JASMA badge, it gives the car a gorgeous sound but isn;t over powering at all. I can easily manage to hold a conversation whilst cruising at over 80. It hsa got a full CAT1 alarm and immobilizer fitted which helps keep the insurance down. It currantly has a private plated fitted and this will be removed if it sells. Like I said, don't really want it to go but needs must I am affraid. Please feel free to make any sensible offers on the car, maybe even considering Part Exchanges. The pics aren't upto date yet as weather hasn't been good enough to get outside and photograph it since the paint job.
  2. Round town it isn't much worse on fuel than the diesel mate. The TD's only come in to there own on a run when you see returns of 50 mpg+ If you take into account how much more diesel actually is to buy than petrol then it works out about the same and you don't get the clatter of a diesel!!! Great little car but it must go, and quick. Supra needs some more cash spending on it.
  3. More info on this car please, can you email me with any other pics and info/prices. [email protected] Cheers
  4. How much are the other panel filters Nic?? The TRD and TOMS one's

  9. Indoor karting, 200cc karts average speed on a 28 sec lap is 30 mph. Would be around a diner time start depending on what they have available but I am not going to book anything yet until I know I have people interested. 1 hour 30 mins Endurance race, 3 people per team. Pit as many or few times as you want to change drivers, team with most laps at end wins. Buffet food whilst race is in progress. Can have between 24 and 36 people attend for the 1.5 hour race, if there are more I think they do a 2 hour race with 4 people per team. Price is £40 per person for the 3 man team race including food.
  10. Anyone interested in a Endurance Go karting Event on a Saturday or Sunday at Langar Karting Centre near Nottingham and Grantham? If there is enough interest I will get something organised. Names below please if you might be interested. 1. Matt 6 2. 3. 4. 5.

  12. I am selling my Winter run around on Ebay at the minute. Anyone need a cheap run around or know anyone that does? Price is flexible to club members http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Peugeot-306-XS-1-6-XSi-Diablo-Red-3-Door-NO-RESERVE_W0QQitemZ4640345293QQcategoryZ9859QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  13. And they are French !!!!!!! Never a good thing is it!!!!
  14. Well, after a weekend of smokin' round in this 500bhp+ convertible I am quite impressed I have had these cars before but they always manage to bring a big smile to my face and keep me entertained Now if I ever had the money I would have one of these, even though the spec of car I have got is well over £100,000 !!!!! Probably the closest thing to a bike that I have ever driven, including Ferrari's, Bentley's, Porkers etc... 5.5 ltr Supercharged V8 with an exhaust note to die for. Doesn't sound like a car at all, more like a fighter jet when it is on full throttle The car has got switchable traction on it which makes for some fun in the right places. Can manage to light the wheels up in almost ever gear with the damp roads we have had over the weekend. Also has switchable sports suspension. This makes alot of difference when you start to drive the car hard. You can feel the difference straight away, you feel ever last bump in the road and it loose all body roll and feels like it will go round any corner at any speed. This particular car is chipped and de-restricted so is surposed to be around 520 bhp and the customer has claimed managing over 200 leptons on the M1 late at night in it!!! I personally have seen between 175 - 180 leptons and it was still pulling like it was in 3rd!!!!! The whole car is great, even when you are cruising with the top up or down. Seats are orthapeadic masaging heated leather which is nice, suede cluster dash top with rather nice old English White dials. Built in Sat Nav, Tv, Cd player ect are all standard equipment. Keyless Go starting is a nice touch, none of this French crap where you have to put a card in the dash and press a button!!!! The key stays in your pocket, touch the exterior handle and the car opens, get in sit down and press the brake pedal and hold it down, then press a button on top of the gear lever and away you go!!! Looks real impressive to people. Ofcause you can't forget the amazing convertible hardtop, now this is a piece of machanical amazement. One button is all it takes. Press this button and hold it and within 10 -15 secs the roof is down and you are ready to cruise, just quick enough to drop the top at the traffic lights in town Overall this car is great, alot better built than the Italian Super Cars and drives a damn site better too. They are coming down in price now and with the SL65 AMG now available and the face-lift car coming out soon it should make them even cheaper. Lets hope the next time I get one of these that it is nice and hot!!!!
  15. My boss has got his 2 Jet Ski's forsale along with his double trailer on Ebay If anyone is interested from this forum I can get you discount on them. Have a look and see what you think. I don't know anything about them so not sure if they are good or if they are the right money??? http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/L-K-CHEAP-JETSKIS_W0QQitemZ4639081295QQcategoryZ1295QQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem
  16. Next Bubble Meet is on this website Vicki http://www.davewilkinsgtr.co.uk/master.htm?http://www.davewilkinsgtr.co.uk/calendar.htm Think it is June 11th from memory
  17. Hope you all have a good day at the Bubble Inn guys, sorry I can't make this one again. If I get finished in time I will have a blast over and see if I can catch a few of you before you head home again.
  18. Looks sweat mate, but then again I like that front end. Needs black mesh in it to finish it off. White it the fastest colour you know
  19. Currant can carry oil down a wiring loom!! Trust me, I have just fitted a complete front to rear side to side wiring loom into a Merc ML350 because the gearbox had a leak at the multi plug on the side and it had gone all the way back to the gearbox ECU and then leaked all over the interior carpets!!! Not nice. Merc's suffer with the same sort of fault on SLK and C Class with 4 cylinder engines, but on the engine ECU. The leak is at the VVT Soleniod and goes all the way back through the loom, flooding the ECU and several other engine sensors/components. Check other multi plugs on the engine for oil in them, once this is found replce the sensor/component ideally. If it isn;t too bad then a good clean out should work.
  20. Bugger, blast and bo!!ox Missus has just reminded me that I am busy on Sunday!!! If I get done early I will blast over to see everyone as if I don't it will be July before I get over again. Not Fair!!!
  21. Pics as requested Just nipped outside and took these on the front of the house
  22. Just been out with the missus in it, what a nice evening for doing 160 leptons!! Just remebered, I am out all day on Sunday!!!! I had totally forgotten about it till just now when the missus reminded me, doh!! If I get done in time I will pop over in either of the cars. Next month I am at the British F1 GP for the weekend so it will be July now before I get to the Bubble again to see everyone, not fair!!!
  23. Everyone tends to dislike work most of the time, I know I do!! But for once I REALLY like it For my sins I have been given a Mercedes-Benz SL55 AMG for the weekend along with a company fuel card, oh what fun!!!!! 500 bhp of convertible fun and the weather here at the minute is gorgeous. Finished work at 16:30 and have only been in the house for the last 20 minutes, managed to use quater tank of fuel all ready too!! :d Only down side to this is my Supra will be ready to use tomorrow, so which do I use then???????
