  1. I wonder if my Supra has survived, not seen any evidence of it so I presume it has gone to Toyotas great graveyard, I have had many cars since the Supra but it will always be special, it never failed to make me smile when I started it up and I always knew why I had bought it. Anyone else made the mistake of parting with a car they really should have kept..........

    Sad Sight

Sad to see a red Supra in trouble with the bonnet up on the M5 northbound between WSM and Clevedon yesterday, could not stop as was on the way to a meeting and had no tools or anything in what passes for a boot on the Z3. hope it was not too serious and you are back on the road.
  9. Believe me you have nothing to worry about in the stupidity stakes, I win easily, I SOLD my Supra and still miss it years later. Maybe the reason I still lurk on here reading your posts !!!!.

  11. Not really but one of them may be useful sometime, what I needed was a cartridge with some black ink ......
  12. Didn't need it, when I'm fired up by stupid rules I can say all that in one breath !!!
  13. Well done, best of luck and welcome to income tax!.
  14. Just bought a motor that was on a SORN, so as soon as I buy it the SORN is no good because it's not in my name. OK no prob it's insured so I'll tax it but wait it's Sunday, ok I'll do it online, no you won't 'cause the Doc's are in the old owners name so they would send the tax disc to a dead man (no letter box in a coffin as far as I know). OK I'll whip down the Post office on Monday first thing, oh shite, insured on line so no Insurance cert yet and post office say no copies or photostats are acceptable. Ring Insurance company to get a hurry up on the certificate and they tell me the post office will accept a print out of my docs and they email me over a copy, sorted, no. I use Linux not windows so I spend half an hour setting up the printer because Iv'e not used it since I put windows out the door, ok so now the computer recognizes the printer, Oh Bullocks now the bloody printer ink has dried up and I need a new cartridge. It's now Tuesday evening and I have finally got a copy of my Insurance so I can tax the car in the Morning, well at least that's the plan. I just hope the old PO know they can take the emailed proof of Insurance and don't F me off again. It's bloody hard work being honest and trying to pay your taxes, no wonder there are so many untaxed uninsured vehicles. It's not as if it was a Supe all that fuss for a MGTF, I must be nuts.......http://mkivsupras.co.uk/vbb/images/smilies/rolleyes_new.gif
