  1. Taking her, or just using it as an excuse to see Jennifer Ellison get her baps out?? Trying to get my wife to go see it with me
  2. Sorry for the hijack - but do you have the part number for the rocker cover gasket? Need to get mine done
  3. When I saw the headline I thought for a brief moment it was me Seen this one several times, usually in Scotstoun tho. Met him briefly at the petrol station on Great Western Road at the Pond Hotel a few years ago.
  4. Funnily enough I has mine off this afternoon as it was leaking. Don't do what I do and start taking off the whole liner... just take off the bottom half that attaches to the bumper
  5. Saw you as I was heading through the roadworks near Newtonmoore on the A9. I was in my works van singing along to music so only caught a glimpse at the last minute
  6. If you have a multimeter you can check your alternator is charging the battery. Should be around the 14 volts with the engine running. If not then its the alternator/belt slipping. If it is charging, check the voltage of the battery with the engine off. Should be around 12.6 volts. If thats ok leave it overnight and check the battery again in the morning before starting the engine. If its below 12.3 volts then you probably won't be able to start the engine and suggests to me that the battery isn't holding a charge.
  7. I was casually ambling along Great Western Road in a hungover state this morning when I spotted you parked up. Think you were texting someone
  8. Not that you're counting the days I started my diet yesterday forgetting that it was easter this weekend! I get the feeling we are dieting for different reasons tho... Mine is for weight reduction to make my N/A go faster
  9. I'm fine with your executive decision
  10. My good lady has given me the weekend off so anytime is good for me
  11. Xscape sounds good, haven't been there before despite the fact I work not far from there! No probs mate, will give you a hand
  12. N***HTE (I think) drove past me just after I walked out my front door Turned left at the lights at the Rosevale to go up Crow Road...
  13. Either drive sounds good to me... My car needs the exercise too after not moving for 4 months
  14. Spotted you from a distance... Gunmetal I think, very clean looking too!
  15. Yes I'll just need to find a friend...
  16. I'll need to... £79 for a basic halfrauds one!
  17. Kinda ruled out the alternator by the fact the voltage was going up to 14.25v with the engine running, so yeah thinking the battery. Just been talking to a guy I work with and that's what he suggested.
  18. Don't think my battery is holding charge anymore, so wanted your advice to make sure. My supe was sat for almost 4 months from November til last weekend. Drove it about a bit on Sunday but last night when I went to take it out I had to jump start it Went for a drive about and probably did 70 miles and parked her up overnight. Tonight when I went to go out I thought I'd check the battery voltage first and noticed it was only 12.05v obviously not enough to start. Jump started it again, checked the voltage (14.25v) and put on all lights and blowers to see if it dropped which it never. Drove about for about 20 mins, parked up and checked to voltage when I switched the engine off (12.7v). Went back to the car an hour and a half later voltage was now 12.35v which I didn't think was enough to start it but it did. Will check it again in the morning. Any thoughts?
  19. If not the fuses for the cigarette lighter are in the fuse box in the drivers footwell. I had the same problem when I refitted my dash after spraying it
  20. Cheers for that... Was planning on cleaning mine tomorrow as the car has been sat idle for 4 months
  21. Just place over existing dials, not even any need to remove the needles. The instructions are straight forward too
