  2. Worth testing the coil packs with an oscilloscope? That would help narrow your issue
  3. My car is more of a show car so I wouldn't be too worried about something going wrong.
  4. Looks just that bit better than stock - If you find a decent set can you please PM me with what they are and what size you go with as I have been tempted with spacers for a while
  5. I struggled to keep up with you, too scared to put my foot down. Thanks so much for that, car took some s**t on the way home so is all back fighting fit My first one of these but certainly won't be my last, was lovely to see old faces and new - Just wish there was more time to get round everyone. I think I might actually use the supra this year, I forgot what a great car it is.
  6. Cool, I'll see you there and convoy with you. 07863121614 if you need to call
  7. Glad no burnouts, tyres are nearly out of tread Anyone going down from Essex/Cambs? Off to start work on the car - change idle control valve, fit resistor for dash, put dash back together, replace alternator fuse and clean car. I'll be needing to go to bed by 8:30
  8. Providing work on the car goes ok today I will be coming down. I have a few questions 1. What time 2. Where 3. What's the format - food/drinks/burnouts?
  9. I'm not saying a word as every time I say I will be there I end up having to pull out. Fingers crossed!
  10. Mine went in the skip
  11. Has it always been like this? Have you changed any coolant pipes? Perhaps it is trapped air - Supra's are a PITA to get all the air out, it works to jack the front of the car up and massage the pipes to get the last of the air out. Best to start with the easy/cheap fixes before throwing money at the problem. - - - Updated - - - Has it always been like this? Have you changed any coolant pipes? 12. Well it looks like I am destined never to make this meet. My stepson had a fire at his business premises in Eygpt so I am at the airport on the way out to offer moral support - I won't be back by friday so won't be attending. Sorry guys, missing this and dragonball, I sonde if I am actually going to use the car this year
  13. Yup, normally somewhere between £60 - £80 but a major must as you will no doubt be pushing the car hard. Its normally about now when people start searching the market and seeing who is the cheapest. I always choose the AA as there is never much in it and I trust them.
  14. Personal taste at the end of the day. If a kit is good quality and fitted well it can look lovely. Cheap and bad fit = shit! I can't believe no one has commented on the burnout video on his advert - crap burnout, crap video and not the way to sell a £20k car!
  15. Likewise but hopefully see you at a meet soon instead. Thanks mate - Fingers crossed for DB2015 Now who is going to mock you for having such a slow car
  16. Great figures, you must be very pleased. Surrey RR is a bigger for grip. Hub dyno is the way forward.
  17. I am absolutely gutted to be writing this but unfortunately I will no longer be attending this years Dragonball I have a family commitment which means I will be in New Zealand over the trip - Sorry to all those that have worked hard putting the event together... It will probably be shit now FOR SALE 1 X TRAIN TICKET / HOTEL BOOKING - TWIN £244 2 X BUFFET ON SAT NIGHT £34 TOTAL - £278 This is what I paid for the ticket. I am afraid I will not split the dinner reservation - For sale thread will follow if needed.
  18. Some brokers will have deals with insurers that mean they are able to match other quote subject to certain criteria. Hope that helps clear up that they won't be trying to fleece there customers.
  19. Good luck, look forward to seeing the results. Where are you having it done?
  20. Admiral are not that bad. There are many out there that are worse.
  21. I assume the stock ECU would normally hold the pull up resistor inside? I have spoken with Race Technologies who were really helpful and will look at installing a pull up resistor and going from there, that would explain why what I would expect to give an accurate reading (IMI's file) is not. Thanks

    Lowering boost

Have you tried approaching the manufacturer to see if they are able to supply replacement springs?
