Perhaps it is trapped air - Supra's are a PITA to get all the air out, it works to jack the front of the car up and massage the pipes to get the last of the air out. I assume the stock ECU would normally hold the pull up resistor inside? I have spoken with Race Technologies who were really helpful and will look at installing a pull up resistor and going from there, that would explain why what I would expect to give an accurate reading (IMI's file) is not. Thanks

Have you tried approaching the manufacturer to see if they are able to supply replacement springs?
