Had a very similiar problem this weekend...turned out to be the SATA cable. It all works fine now i've changed it! Are there such things as SATA 1 and 2 cables or are they both the same? Just i seem to remember buying the cable that works branded as "SATA II" Also the cable i used that didn't work with the SATA2 drive is working perfectly with an SATA drive!

just heard from my mate and it's PS2 he wants it for..... He thinks they made it for both, and Ps1 games work on a PS2.... So either would do! PS1 or PS2

Tell me about it, that was my main worry when i bought it. I've had it nearly 4 years now though and no harm has come to it so far (touch wood)! It's fairly quiet around here anyway, I've spent an obscene amount of money on the security system on it, plus CCTV. My valve caps still seem to disappear on a weekly basis though!

A mate of mine is after LBA (Little Big Adventure) for the PS1. Rare as rocking horse poo apparantly! So, if anyone has one stuck in a cupboard somewhere, give me a delivered price and i'l let him know! Played it myself many years back on the PC, a legendary game! Behringer DJX700 4 channel DJ mixer + Mic channel, i upgraded to Pioneer stuff around 2 years ago, it's been sat in its box ever since! It has been used for around 12 months (at home), all faders are fine, no noise on any. It's basically a blatant copy of the Pioneer DJM-600. No problems with it, no scratches, dents etc... box is a bit tatty though. I know we have a few fellow DJ's on the forum, so thought it would be worth a go. Well i only left a £5.50an hour job (part time job i had whilst at uni) I got a degree in web development + multimedia last summer! I'm back at the same place (in a different store) for now! Still earning sod all, pays for the petrol though! Get the odd DJin job over here at £100ish a night All the employers want experience though, not a piece of paper that says i have a degree!

Thought i would drag this thread up again! I did it and now i'm back Quit my job in the UK, got on a plane with a suitcase full of CDs and headed to Kardamena, Kos, Greece I managed to fall straight into a job DJing in a bar 9-12, then in a nightclub 12-4! (12-6 at weekends) Had the absolute time of my life, and have been offered double the money to go back in May 08, aswell as free accomodation! Now i just have to decide wether it's time to get a 'proper job' or to go back out there next year. Rob Cowley

Hi, i wouldn't mind these, I'm lucky enough to have got tickets for me and the girlfriend.....but my best mate and his Mrs are gutted they didnt get any! They would be well chuffed if they could have them

On the back of my Supra, inbetween the rear lights there is a plastic reflective strip with "avance" written on it. I'll take a pic and post it up when daylight returns.. but it's well made and follows the lines of the bumper/lights perfectly. I imported the car around 18 months ago and i'm just curious to know if anyone else has or has seen anything similiar? Wondered if maybe it was a garage/tuning company in Japan? Edit: Just to say i've googled it and the only car related things i could find were a car hire company in Greece! and there are a few mentions of an R32 Skyline GTR 'Avance'.
