  1. Snooze

    Moto GP

Looking forward to MotoGP next year now Cal's going to be riding at Tech 3!
  2. £30 from Amazon: http://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B003T9W2WS/ref=s9_al_gw_ir03?pf_rd_m=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE&pf_rd_s=center-2&pf_rd_r=13SNN56B28J58923WMDW&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=214923147&pf_rd_i=468294
  3. Always wondered - what are these things like for boot space?
  4. (PS. late "welcome", by the way!)
  5. Yep - but it also comes with a Lego Batman.....

Se7en and Leon are both great films. My favourite film is Simple Men by my favourite director, Hal Hartley. A very offbeat road movie. Newcomers to Hartley may find the stilted and disconnected dialogue unusual. The Pinter-esque deadpan delivery and surreal characters can be somewhat polarising. My favourite one-line description of his work was, "Hartley is not concerned with finding answers, so much as finding better questions." No giant upskirts, though, I'm afraid
  7. Looks more like Maurizio Antonini to me!
  8. Rosie says...... http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/showpost.php?p=442719&postcount=24
  9. Eeeeek - you've all been feeding the evil empire that is Games Workshop. They are an evil, evil company. I hope the advent of cheap 3d printers puts them out of business.
  10. Like this guy: http://www.feargod.net/fluff.html ?
  11. Boardgames. I sort of collect them, and my "strange hobby" is playing them!
  12. Saw Vincent Simone in Boots on Saturday, if that counts!
  13. http://noscript.net/ (if you're using Firefox)
  14. Agreed. And they've also got a good point about the parking!
  15. Supra was our only car until our eldest was about a year old. It was fine for day-to-day, shopping, etc. For weekends away, with pushchair, travel cot, bags of clothes, etc. forget it
  16. Conversely, I've bought a DVD (The City of Lost Children), expecting it to be in French, only to discover that it only contained a bloody awful English voice-over. Don't really speak French myself, but not having the original voices just ruins the film.
  17. Reminds me of the badger in "It's All Gone Pete Tong".
  18. If the CC company discovers you sent your card details by email, I'm not sure you'd be covered in the (albeit highly unlikely) event of fraud. To be honest, as Tony says - in reality, it's no less safe that giving details over the phone, but there is legal argument regarding "negligence", of which unencrypted email falls right into the grey area in the middle!
  19. Was going to get one of these, but apparently it doesn't have ISOFIX.
  20. A holiday in Ibiza and a job to come back to? Have to admit, not the most typical usage of the word "horrible"..........
  21. Not usually - the machine is a laptop, so it's mostly unplugged from the drive - I only plug it in when I get to put my music on - not very often these days - all the wires are usually connected or disconnected prior to power up.
  22. I got chicken pox when I was about 30. Seem to remember it being itchy for a couple of days and then fine. It was more weird in the couple of days before the spots came out - I would get sporadic bouts of extreme dizziness.
  23. WMP annoys me that whenever I disconnect and later re-connect the external drive with my music on, I have to manually rebuild the library, which takes ages. Was going to try having a play with MediaMonkey.
