Does anyone know anything about S4's??? My friend is looking at buying one and was going to get it "CHIPPED" untill I gave him a slap and told him to do it properly and fit a boost controller. Does anyone know anything about tuning them??? Brad

I have an N\A engine and Auto box out of a facelift Aero avalabe if anyone needs one. I also have all wireing loom and bits to go with!

Sorry not meaning to be a git but if you goto your local Ford dealership parts counter they keep them on the shelf. We used to keep them and sold them for about £29 + vat. But the trick is to make SURE the car is really clean befre using.

Im looking for a uk spec rear wheel if you have one??

Dont forget you will need to remove the body pannel on the top of the transmition tunnel and weld the manual pannel in it place! Also for my convertion I changed more than just the engine and gear box! I changed EVERYTHING including the entire wireing loom, dash board, full interia, rear diff, suspention and SOOOO much more. My areo is a uk aero as I have taken all the bits off my old car. So it has cruise control, traction control, heated seats. No after market fog light on my car! LOL

I need to replace my clutch can anyone suggest a good one to fit, I have a UK TT with BPU. I dont want to spend silly money just summit that will do the job. Brad

I would just like to thank all the peps at Envy for all there help latly. Not only did they help out with my HKS Titanium exhaust (which sounds wicked now). But more importantly when I was struggeling to refit the 6 speed gear box I rang for a bit of advice and they couldnt have been more helpful, I spoke to one of there tech's and he solved my little prob within seconds. So thanks a lot lads!!

I t was done last weekend but I have been having trouble with my internet connection.

Does anyone know of any converted Aero TT 6 Sp in the uk or do Inow have the only one!!! Yes people it is now done I am able to curise around with the roof off and change gear properly while listning to my turbo whislte away!!!!! If you have any questions let me know and as soon as I get time I will be writing a full report on the convertion with pics!!

Not sure but make sure you apply a little oil around the seal edge just so it doesnt tear while fitting.

Can anyone suggest a good place near reading to get all four wheels alighned as I think the rears moved when I removed the diff. And if anyone saya Kwick Fit Ill run you over with a milk float. Brad

I have the HKS Racing Titanium system on mine and it is awsome, bit loud with the cats off! Not moaning though I love it.

Will I need a restrictor ring when I remove the cats rfom my uk spec??? I have FCD and HKS Racing Exhaust. Brad

I have a sound clip of mine, when it was running without both cats and a the 4" HKS titanum racing system.

Ok the wire doesnt got any headlight bits or active front spoiler. It is on the o/s slam and looks like it could have been a sensor of some discription as the wires hanging out of it are very small. And responce to the cost, I should be about £1100 up after the insurance company paid up and only charged me £1500 salvage for my UK 6 speed. Brad

I have started my Aero N/A to Aero TT6 project and have been taking my UK car apart, I have removed all the interia exept the heater(waiting untill the engine is out to get to the pipes), but I noticed a gray multi plug on the front slam pannel. It only has 2 wires going to it and both are green! I cant follow the wires because my car was in a front end argument with a wall and are no longer attached, any idea what they go to?? I have been taking lots of pic from this little project and will put them all on here when I have finnished. So if any one has any advice or wants to ask for anything let me know. Cheers Brad P.S.
