Hi Jamie, hope you are well. Not been on here for a while but sniffing about again in the classifieds ;-) . Just wondered how much this went for, or if you cant say how much was it for sale for as I cant see...just trying to get an idea of what bargains are about at the moment. Thanks Sean

Right guys, im hopefully lining up a new project car which is based in the Midlands, I believe around the Birmingham area. It is not road legal so will require transportation via trailer. I am based down on the south coast @ Hailsham (BN27), near Eastbourne/Brighton so estimating approx 200 miles each way. Does anyone know of any good/reasonably cheap transportation companies? (idea of costs anyone???) Or does anyone have a trailer and fancy helping out a fellow member, obviously with some sort of compensation your way . Thanks in advance!

Bit early days for me this (not got the new car yet!) but I may be interested, just out of interest what have you changed to instead Jamie?
-
Thats far too cheap mate, with that spec I would expect you to be looking more around the £14K+ mark. Shouldnt hang around long thats for sure. Good luck with the sale, doubt you will need it though!!!

Could be interested but would ideally like some sort of guide price for consideration -
Great thanks Jamie. On a final note how did you insure it without a uk registration? I have tried a 1 day aviv insurance and they won't cover a supra let alone without a uk registration!
-
Haha okay thanks mate. When you say mo import tax do you mean you didn't pay anything apart from registration fees to dvla? Justthat obviously normally from japan you pay 10% import tax and 20% vat aswell! Just don't want to drive a car back from southern ireland thinking I only had to pay the dvla a reg fee, when I get lumbered with a £1000 tax bill! That would hurt, and make the car a definite not bargain. :-(
