Thanks for taking a look at this thread peeps! Can anyone attach a diagram of some sorts describing where i can find the DSC chip or cable? Or anywhere close please coz my mechanics and i are starting to bleed from all the head scratching going on! It's the cable that the importer would of fitted to change the speedo converter to mph's and control the power steering rev conditions apparantly? Also,i have a Blitz Boost controller fitted....it's on....it lights up....makes noises....etc, but "it's not connected"? How do i connect it,and where should i look for it? It has been used on the car before by the previous owner but not since i baught it. Please help folks! Chris. P.s It's a J-Spec TT 93 plate

I heard that also! Tried to keep this thread technical but i reckon a general response to the question " don't all Supra's have these motors/sensors? " thread may need to be posted,wot do you guys reckon? Trying to limmit my dumbass posts u see! lol

Hmmm......a good couple of pointers there, thanks! Theres a new power steering pump for sale on ebay at the moment going cheep,so i cud get that just in case? Spare parts r always good to have i guess whether you need it or not eh. Any other suggestions are welcome as the cars going up on the ramp again to get the rear brake discs and pads replaced for its up and coming M.O.T Thanks again guys. Chris.

Thanks for gettin back to me buddy, nah, it's a 93 plate TT Import. But what you talk of sounds familiar? It feels when driving like it just kicks into or out of action at particular revs? A little scary!!!

Just recieved my J-Spec TT back my garage after having the steering rack re-conditioned (thanks to SRS in Edinburgh 01315545559 ) because my steering had become heavy and also losing me power steering fluid under low revs and when trying to park. That aught to have done it should it not??? .........nope!! Where do i go from here? Someone mentioned somthing about a little motor of some sort down there?

So let me get this right....£48 for clear indicators from Mr T himself? P.S will they fit my J-Spec??

How much are you for the UK upgrade?

Apparantly i have shoddy rear brakes and disks on my J-Spec TT and will need replacing soon! I'm needing some advice and suggestions for all those in the know or those who have tried and tested this route allready. Got reasonably good funding for a conversion but i don't want to go 2 big and into the big £££'s! Is an upgrade to the UK Spec brakes the norm,or am i better off spending a little extra for after market jobbies? Cheers!

Welcome Mike C! I'm quite new aswell,it's a quality site and dead helpful i'm sure u'll find. I know your 20 but i've driven the N/A and 2 b honest the TT is a completely different car in my opinion. I baught a J-Spec TT a month or 2 ago and still have that cheesy grin on ma face!

Need your expert knowledge please guys and gals? I live in the Glasgow area and am really struggling to find companies/garages that can overhall my steering rack and i fear the worst that i'm going to have to bite the bullet and by a brand new steering rack from Toyota straight! Can anyone help me please or put some contacts my way as i'm missing my parking abilities? Ps, anyone know how much one is by any chance for my J-Spec TT 93"?

My Supra TT J-Spec was in the garage the other day as for some reason my steering had become really heavy,it kinda comes and goes. So up it went and after close inspection it was concluded that i may possibly need a new steering rack as its gushing steering fluid. My garage manager is lookin on the internet for parts (preferably new) or even mending kits (if theres such a thing) Has anyone come across this before? If so,appart from buying from Toyota directly or sending the car away for 5 days for an overhall is there a secret base of parts suppliers i could contact? Please coz i'm missing my power steering and i've only just got used 2 parking in just the 1 parking space lol!

Was this you? A couple of days ago a silver supra was exiting the Toyota garage (what are the chances of that eh! lol ). I was heading into town and we passed each other and as only supra owners would without knowing each other it still felt it needed a wave of respect from each of us! Top stuff!

Thanks bud, I've been speaking to Paul at Miami-GT and he gives a similar response. Very new to this but i'm learning fast! Will see what the general census say on the run up to pay day, so in the meantime i'll check the prices out on the HKS valve.

I really can't decide which blow off valve to get! Most of my mods are Blitz and would like to keep it that way but i hear that the SSQV HKS valve is good also but is it as good as the Blitz supersound? Also Miami Gt is an excellent site so thanks to all those for the recomendations!
