Not quite a last resort, but you could try this. Undo all the other bolts. Get someone to try undoing the dodgy bolt while you pull the passenger front corner of the roof up, (not a jerk, just a constant strong pull against the bolt) it may give the nut enough friction to stop turning just enough to free it.

Daily driver....20 miles a day tofro work and a blast at weekends. Anything dirty to haul, and I use the wifes.

Maybe totally Brighton this, but I was told by a body shop years ago (I complained about a repair on a silver car) that metallic paint has a grain (the metalic particles I assume). The grain goes in whichever direction the last pass of the spray gun goes. Any part of the bodywork (doors / bumpers) that are sprayed seperately from the shell can sometimes have the grain going in a different direction, which gives a slightly different effect in some lighting conditions.

How delicate is the outer front radiator face ? Since removing the facelift crossbar from the bumper mouth (thanks Nic, good idea looks nice) Ive had a nagging desire to clean it all up in there...Wonder Wheels or something less aggressive ?

Post pics of your car...include the engine bay. If its in deed a '95 TT VVTI, congratulations on owning a very rare Supra. If not, stop using the shovel.
