  1. I never thought insomnia could be so rewarding.
  2. Hey..Im here being positive and warm and fuzzy around the floppy bits. Ive just kissed the cat and said goodnight to the stars.... Oh, and have a few of these     Id go to bed now but Id miss you too much:p
  3. How about making it a poll, if you cant make your mind up. Yes or no, and go with the majority. Or, if your wife IS the majority, dont do it:)
  4. Mental note to avoid Politics Religion Football Supra Styling
  5. Ewen

    dirty spam

Er, 'son, you need to get out more' ?
  6. To quote myself... Some dont dare stuff their todger in a hornets nest in case they get stung... Some, on the other hand, coat it in honey first. This forum has a healthy share of both.
  7. I use my old '70s shirts for that:d
  8. You didnt say 'naff' in your original post....I did. Maybe you should read your first post again, as if we were reading it.
  9. I hope the honourable member aint dissin MY picnic bench spoiler?
  10. I had the problem in reverse...I was told mine had a TRD spoiler, which I assumed was the S....when I got the pics it was an R. I hated it, but spookily enough, Ive grown to love it.
  11. A discussion.....one on one 'I think it looks really awful'...thats your opinion 'A supra is not a supe without a spoiler'..oh yes it is 'Std looks great'...I agree 'Veilside for that JDM dramatic look'...I told my importer that if my car came in with a Veilside wing Id shove it up his ass...buts thats just my opinion. 'and the TRD well that always looks great'...I agree, both versions look good 'Not sure about all these huge Halfords macano spoilers that are being fitted by that can look good with certain bodykits'....some JGTC style wings look good IMO, but I dont think they all come from Halfords 'Removing them doesn't create the ferrari look which i think some people are trying to acheive, it just looks silly in my opinion and lloks like somethings missing or makes the car look basic and worse still when people put grommets in the holes... nasty!!'......why Ferrari ? Why not Aston or even Supras themselves. Supras have been available without wings as an option since they came out in '93 __________________
  12. Thanks mate...dont feel so inadequate now:)
  13. Will everybody stop posting piccies of gorgeous expensive wheels please:blink:
  14. if thats what you wanted, why start the discussion by saying that not having one looks naff ? A tad confrontational, no ?
  15. Problem with the link, or just me ? Is this the trick with the wife ?
  16. For me, the nicest rear wing Ive seen is on page 129 of 1998 Hyper-Rev mag, under the brand name Gracer Auto Style...its basically a standard Supra wing, but the upright footprint extends further up the rear hatch. Same style as standard, but sloped back more.
  17. Surely Supras are Supras, be they winged, de-winged, blinged, slammed, blammed, skirted, blown, two-tone or what. One owners dream bodykit is another owners nightmare, but underneath the Matisse or Tracey Emmin (depending on taste) theres a car we all know and love.
  18. Dont post it Ewen...it wasnt funny then, it aint funny now
  19. I had a bet with the pixies in the chimney this would make at least three pages:blink:
  20. Ok...I think Ive done it enough now:)
  21. A holey exhaust can pass as long as the emmissions are ok and that its still structuraly sound. My MOT caught up with me and I had to make a decision fast...new or gamble
  22. never mind Red, you'll soon find something else to worry about. Pleased for you.
  23. I reckon I could have bodged it and passed, but then I got an itch I had to scratch... Tentatively placing a toe on the slippery slope.
  24. Its a ritual...come home, cup of tea, read the paper (Mail)...and relax News is news whatever size the page, editorial is ignored.
