The Monetary Policy committee meet every month to assess the economy, so in theory the bank of englands base rate can change monthly. It alters to affect the economy. If rates are reduced, people are less likely to save but more likely to borrow and vice versa so rates are set to steady inflation. Not sure what the lowest has been but it went upto around 12% in the events leading up to "Black Wednesday" no chance of that happening again!

Its set to go up at least once more to 5.5% then back onto a down cycle! Certainly wont go up to 8% again. Hang in their, all will be well

Egg whites and Met-Rx whey protein for me. You want to be eating every 2-3 hours to increase your resting metabolic rate. You dont want to be eating more than 35grm of protein in each sitting as it just gets wasted and isnt absorbed. You want to take a shake within 20 mins of a work out for it to take effect. Most important thing for gaining muscle is rest, muscles need around 48 hours rest for the best results and dont forget to change your routine every 6-8 weeks as to keep the body guessing!

Have had this for a month or so now and have finally finished fiberglassing it into a spare centre dash panel (converted the Rev gauge so it can slot right in) Just wondering if anyone has one of these fitted and if they installed it themselves? I have the general installation instructions but just thought if anyone had any photos or instructions specific to the supra so i can install it myself. Any help much appreciated.

There was 1 on the 24th/25th September and I think there is usually another one around the same dates in June. Would certainly be up for a meet then. Good atmosphere. Witnessed a Toyota Hi-Lux with a V8 Chevy engine do the 1/4 mile in around 11 seconds!!
