  1. Thanks for the reply. The aircon condenser (or 'condensor', as many call it) is mounted right in front of the car's water cooling radiator and it looks like a small radiator.
  2. I strongly suspect I'll end up doing the same Robert, but I suppose there's always a small chance that someone may have some they want to sell...
  3. Thanks Nic. Please let me have a price when you have chance.
  4. At night it must be like a bright day with that lot on.
  5. Thanks. Do you know if they did the same before you installed your HID's? I'm guessing they must have done because I can't really understand how this could change by just plugging in the HID's...
  6. I changed the low beams (9006) only to HID in UK lights. When I flash the headlights, both high and low beams flash - is this normal? I never noticed that previously, but perhaps I wasn't really looking for it before I installed the HID's.
  7. Looking for a good aircon condenser. Must be in good nick - already have one with a slow leak!
  8. Do you still have the mounting brackets that attach to the auto transmission cooler?
  9. I'm looking for the two brackets that mount an auto transmission oil cooler to the car - as per arrowed parts in the photo (I already have the actual oil cooler itself). It's a bit of a long shot really, but it would save me from having to make some.
  10. Looks like the end of the month has now been and gone - are all of the deposits in now Chris?
  11. I seriously considered converting all my dash lights to white, but after I installed a boost gauge with white back-lighting, I decided to convert the boost gauge back-lighting to green instead. Green is much easier on the eyes. Personally, I'd hate to drive a car full of gauges lit with bright white back-lights.
  12. Sorry Chris, I don't know his real name. Hopefully he'll be in touch with you soon to confirm his name, and to let you know when the deposit will be sent to you.
  13. Chris, Jsy_Guy was also after one, but wanted to wait until the end of the month before sending you the deposit. Personally, I've no problem at all in hanging on for another week or so, so that he can get his deposit to you (if he hasn't already).
  14. I've seen some Clifford remote key fobs on eBay at reasonable prices.
  15. If the pistons had corrosion on them and they were just cleaned up and new seals and rubbers fitted, then chances are they will be sticking again after a relatively short time. I very much doubt the pistons were changed at the time, by the sound of it. New pistons are in the region of £15 each.
  16. I get about 0.5-0.6 bar on the 1st turbo, and around 0.8 bar when the 2nd one kicks in... I very much doubt many of these gauges are perfectly accurate though.
  17. I think 51440‑14010 is the part number you're after. Have a look here. Think you'll be looking at around £200-£250(ish) new. Steve.
  18. PM received and payment sent.
