It sounds like that you may have the front bumper suited for overfenders. if you wanna spend a bit more and get them then you may find that they then fit together and by the sounds of it you may have to spend some getting the bumper to fit right.

Im looking for a new pc and i think i have found the one im going to go for but the only thing it hassnt got that i wanted was a bit more ram. Im not 100% on what speed it will be when i buy it as it just states FAST which could be either pc2-5400 or pc2-6400. i was wondering if i bought i pair of pc2-8500 would they be dragged down by the slower or would they work at seperate speeds?

Hi, The last couple of days of driving i have noticed that after i have done around 20-30 miles the temp gauge has spiked up to about 4/5 of the gauge reading and then settled back down to half way. Has anybody else had this? I have a few thoughs on what it may be but i might have missed a few (not really that engine minded). It happens anytime whether i have been driving hard or just when i have pootled along.

More of a lend/borrow. I have my MOT comming up soon and im unsure if it will pass the emmissions test due to having a full decat exhaust. I do not have the original exhaust and was wondering if anybody (living around bridgnorth/telford/birmingham) has a spare one that i could borrow/beg/steal/rent/buy/lend? I would say that it was white but then i have a slightly tinted rear window. I could not smell anything afterwards though

OMG WTF happened to my soop. I was driving along (driving up the motorway for 40min at roughly 100 leptons) got off at the junction which was a long left hand baend dual lane. As i had had been in the slow lane following some lorry for a minute as i got off at the junction I booted it slightly as i was in a bit of a hurry. About a quarter of the was round a HUGE rear view mirror filling plume of smoke/steam???? came out of the back of the car. At first i though that i had blown a turbo!!! but no, due to where i was i had no choise but to limp on to where i was going, which was only just round the corner. At this point i had a look around the car, no rattles no unwanted noises. The only thing that i noticed was there was something on the exhaust level with the back of the wheels. I let it cool down so that i could check all the fluids, of which none was low, unless i missed one. I have driven it since and nothing is wrong, so far. Has anybody got any ideas of what this could have been or maybe point me in the direction of something that i may have missed??????

Hi, Just a quicky as im not sure on how engines work that well. I have a tt jap soop with a stainless 3" exhaust. earlier this afternoon the weld that hel the mid section of the pipe onto the flange bracket decided it didnt want to be together anymore. Im gonna be able to get it fixed but will it do any damage to the engine?

I have the ability to do some machining but not a massive amount at the same time. If dimensions of product already made can be ontained i can copy or get a company that we deal with at work to sort out a price. As i say i have made brackets to fit the wing but have yet to design the brackets to fit the bonnet

Just had my new brake pads and discs fitted(uk spec) and though id let everone know how they are. Running with braided hoses and DOT 5.1. Went for the whifbitz 3G unlimited gr-10 grove discs and the portfield pads. Still running in but hell do they stop. havnt done any major (a$$ twitching) stops, havnt quite got a road open enough for speed, but i can already tell that stopping has got to have the same control as accelerating.

I'm in the stages of trying to make a pair of struts fit aswell as brackets so that no additional drilling has to be done to the standard bonnet. I'm not sure on how an aftermarket would fit with the holes that i have used for this. If you could send a pic or maybe a few dimensions i could maybe modify.
