Are you sure it was drunk driving or drunk in charge of a motor vehicle, which unfortunately she was. I hear that if you want to sleep it off in the car then you should put the keys in the boot of the car and lock yourself in the front, then you aren't in charge. Whether that is true I cannot say. Obviously that's not an option in the Supra as there is no way to open the boot from within the car to get your keys back in the morning Mike

That's good to know Dean I thought it was about 900 a piece. Out ofinterest are the first and second turbos interchangeable? If I've got four housings and I find two are cracked will the other two be suitable irrespective of which turbo they were originally? Mike

Just as a heads up, the insurance approach wouldn't work at our place as I would be covered on the company policy. So be careful you might be in the same position. On a positive note you would at least be insured in those circumstances. Mike

I got mine from autosport wiring via MVP. They are not cheap pieces of kit, given that the connectors are only available from one supplier - who paid for the production line to be restarted. and the number of individual connections which are hand soldered. the quality is worth paying for, the alternative is to hack your loom and solder the connections yourself in the footwell. Any second hand Field's harness is likely to have already been hacked. Mike

have you tried offering it back to Derek? Seems a bit of a specific number plate for a forum like this it doesn't particularly relate to the Supra - Derek originally wanted T7 DEK, but didn't realise he couldn't have it because of the age of the car. Mike
