got a quote for £511 from Sky, £100 cheaper than lifesure so I took it . . . . but despite informing them twice that it had a TOAD category 2 immobiliser, now that we've sent them all the requested documents they've sent back a letter saying that they want a certificate for a category 1 system .....

Sorry my socks are green and I enjoy walking in the mountains with the family. It cuts both ways there are inconsiderate mountain bikers who come tearing down the footpaths in a state of semi-control and there are intolerant hikers, but in general I've always found that most of both groups just want to enjoy the countryside without the bigots from either side

first time my other half drive mine she reversed it into a large boulder thus achieving two goals : 1) removed the naff halfords fog light that had been stuck on 2) lots of guilt points for spending time on the car bonus ! anyway she drives it quite often now and really likes how easy it is to drive.

Anyone seen or heard of this : Ebay wheel refurbishment DIY kit My alloys are a bit scuffed (and by the look of them they've been refurbed before) - so I was wondering whether something like this would be fo any use till I can afford to get hem done properly !

I had mine inspedted when I bought it - about as much use as a chocolate fireguard ! complete waste of time - if they actually saw the car - and money as far as I'm concerned but I guess it's pretty much down to the individual you get and if you can be there to watch what he checks.

I had the same problem with the tyres turned out that the suspension had failed and the alignment was well out - get your alignment checked that'll save your tyres - won't help your other problems though

I think you're supposed to mask someway off (or at the nearest available sharp edge) and feather the edges to blend it in (for the paint and the lacquer), but I might be wrong

You can't of gone very far with the front wheels removed

I got one off nicely, and used this method on the other (as the head sheared on my screwdriver aftwer the first one ! just be careful with the hacksaw not to get the paintwork
