With mould that bad I'd be expecting to find stagnant water somewhere in the car. Carpets all dry? (Particularly in the passenger footwell)

You want more ventilation, not less! I'd definitely suggest checking your boot etc for water getting in. Heater matrix okay?

As above really, get some moisture traps. If the car is garaged you could also leave the windows open a smidge for ventilation. Usually helps massively.

This pic is a couple of years old now and I still absolutely love it. If I had another Supra it would look this, "played out" or not.
