Basically my front wipers worked fine and they still do but if i turn them "on" and then quickly turn them "off" they stop and dont automatically go down like they used too. The back one is fine as that goes down fine, what could be the problem?

thanks for letting me know thats the last time il use paypal. I ordered something from ebay last week and i payed the user etc but then had no reply so i emailed ebay and they said they cant do anything as he is no longer a user. I was like WTF, so that means someone can pay for an item they won and then the user can just get rid of his account. Luckily the person was genuine, but just shows you how shit and crap ebay is
