wow i only fitted my trial rear on and nothing else the car is still stripped but everyone who comes to the garage just says how nice it bloody looks:d finally about time as it never got any comments when i had the shitty veilside kit and when it was silver oh and top of all that my brother who wants to buy a prosche offered me money to buy mine after he saw it and had a big smile on his face

wow wicked homer im going to print that out that looks like just the thing i need many thanks homer. I have everything in my garden gym to do every exercise so that shouldnt be a problem im going to start on that programme, all i need now is a proper food programme to follow:)

homer thats the thing iv been doing wrong i dont have anything but my dads friend is going to write me everything up on friday il let you now, at the moment i eat 4 meals a day and if i can push it to 5 or 6 but i also have the protein mass gainer from dorian yates(shake), most days i eat eggs in the morning and corn flakes, then through out the day its tuna, chicken, beef etc oh but i train everyday for an hour max or more sometimes

well iv been training wrong all this time i used to do arms and chest nearly everday thinking i would get bigger but i was wrong, anyways iv been training with my dads mate whos been making me do different body parts and told me he will get me big, anyways i weighed my self and iv gained some pounds nearly 12 stonnes:D i feel a little bigger aswell

just to let you guys know these mirrors i have are off my facelift 1996 supra im not giving no switches etc as i dont know how to remove all this, im just giving the mirrors these fold in and out by a switch inside my car work fine and have no damage, i will ship to another country but you will have to pay the postage cost:) i hope thats enough information for the guys who pm me, these are 100% folding mirrors

same thing happend to me someone smashed into my car without insurance hit and run. it went to crown court last year and all he got was another ban and had to pay me 400 pounds yet the car was insured 3rd party and was worth more than 400 pounds, what bastar*s are the court they should of made him pay all my money back
