I Check mine every time I drIve, Lee told me when my oil gauge is at 2 it's warm enough to boot the car , plus I can check what boost I'm hitting. -
Mine is tucked away but Im still driving it when the weather is good, just gave my micra a service, this car never let's me down.

I think your paint has come off, I took mine to these clowns only to notice a week later my spoiler had same problem like you, end result was another spoiler respray.
