  1. If there is going to be a new Supra it will be £70k plus. Remember when the MKIV was new it was £43k that plus inflation since 1993 would of made the car worth around £68.5k in todays money. So it will be priced similar to a GTR, however its quite a benchmark to live up to.
  2. This is the lowest trailer i could find... so far. http://www.trailertek.com/2119/car_transporters/tt-low-level-trailer/ The issue is that the front of the car does not have much clearance at all as its designed to be on a track. Nice thing is this place is only up the road from me I may ask to see if I could borrow one to see if it will fit
  3. Its this one.. its not your average Supra http://a4.sphotos.ak.fbcdn.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/319959_10150342660723802_524978801_8220927_1465483808_n.jpg So yep its pretty low and has a flat floor. So probably a low level tilting trailer with Ramp extentions would be ok.
  4. To be honest probably a good condition 2nd hand one
  5. I have never had a bad comment. The thing is films like the fast and furious never helped with the cars "Image". If someone simply does not like it and chooses to say something about it to you, then its their opinion. To be honest who cares if someone says something deogratry about it, you like it and surely thats all that matters.
  6. Right I have no sorted the 4x4 I will be looking to get to trailer my Track car it will be either one of these. Nissan Navara, Landrover Discovery or a Mistibushi L200 now I come on to trailer selection. Now by todays standards the Supra is still a fairly large Car, So based on that I will need a twin axel braked trailer, but does anyone have any suggestions on which one I should be looking at? Rich
  7. Yeah those were the exact ones I was looking at only 200sqft coverage though, I see they do a 600sqft one too. The roof area is near a total of 1300sqft.. hmmmm decisions...
  8. Yeah I looked at that, saw the DIY kits and thought they were quite expensive for the coverage you get. Apparantly the results are really good though.
  9. Yeah, I thought about boarding it or covering it with Insulated foil to stop dropping rockwool or fiberglass particals, but doing this may be just as expensive as getting the roof spray foamed... Unless there are people "in the trade" that could do us a good price on this?
  10. Hi All, In my workshop I am thinking about insulating the roof so it stays warmer for more than 10 mins after I switch the heater off. I have read a lot of stuff on the net about different methods but i really want a bit of advice. My Roof is standard corrugated roof panels on a timber frame. The thing is i want to do this as "cheaply as possible" as my workshop is 1000sqft and i only really use it once or twice during the week and weekends. I was thinking of getting loft insulation and then installing it between the roof rafters then holding it back with chicken wire or something like that although i can’t find anyone on the net who has done that. I have read a lot of people using insulation board but what i have seen its well expensive. Any suggestions?
  11. I am after a pair of good condition facelift headlights. Let me know
  12. Yeah we dont get a bonus either... you are lucky to get £150
  13. Thread revival!! Further to this artical http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=24900 Does anyone know if the 2ZJ engines will be ok on E10 for the future? The Supra is not listed as being effected but the list does not go back past 1998. http://www.pistonheads.com/news/default.asp?storyId=24901 I know that production ended in 2002 but does anyone know if the rubbers, seals etc were changed between the newer and older 2JZ engines?
  14. I have both wings in 199 silver if you want mate make us an offer Either you can come and Collect or I could put them in the car and do the collection the same as we did with the UK brakes?
  15. Lol the car may be amazing but i'm not (something I am working on)
  16. I was just wondering about this for next year? There are a number of dedicated track and drift Supra's on this forum covering, NA, NA-T, TT and Big Singles and wanted to know who would be up for a MKIVsupra.net Track / drift car "showdown" where we all meet at a track (To be agreed) and see the capabilities of each car on the track perhaps give members passenger rides to show them what a track / drift Supra is like etc. Obviously it would need to be cleared by the mods first and there would be an awful lot of things to arrange but I just wanted to see who would be up for such an event, either attending or taking part? It would also be good to get some traders down there to show off their new kit, like the new gauge units for the Syvecs ECU, Whifbitz new releases, exhausts, IC's and SRD's kit etc. If we made loads of noise about it perhaps we could get some magazine coverage if people have some "contacts" Of course suggestions & comments welcome as its only an idea at the mo. 1.
