  1. Yeah I have considered a couple of others but i am having trouble getting them in stock too. Federal TZ-201's & Yoko A048R's, My plan is to have two sets of wheels, 1 with slicks (which are really easy to get hold of) and 1 set with a tread pattern tyre in case the track is wet so something like the R888 etc. The ultimate goal is to trailer the car to and from track days etc, which if all goes well "should" be sorted by my next track day However if not or I want the option of being able to drive it on the road just beacause I can, I want a set of tyres that can be used on the public road but are good on the track as well. **Sigh**
  2. Hi All, I dont suppose anyone knows if any company is likely to have stock of the following R888 sizes? 285/30/18 255/35/18 I have tried everywhere I can think of so far and the company that I did have these on order with just called and said lead time has jumped from 2 weeks to 6 weeks... not impressed Rich
  3. I have a set of 19" AXIS Hiro for sale with new tyres... These clear UK spec brakes.
  4. Anyone else going? I am going up on the Sunday, hopefully pick up a few bits for the Track car from traders doing deals near closing time Also to look at the cars etc
  5. Sorry for the thread Hijack but i have a nice fields harness which will be useful for the buyer. Saves cutting the Car loom up GLWTS
  6. IIRC Price from the states was £1,500 excluding tyres and tax (You could not purchase these in the UK) The tyres cost £900 so was a total of £2,400 So these are up for effectively half price.
  7. Ah ok that makes sense now... The pics worked ok on my PC/Phone (Strange) I have attached the image with them on my car to the first post. Should be working now.
  8. I would like to point out that I did not need to mod my arches with these wheels. Also don't be afraid to make me an offer
  9. Been reading quite a few comments on Pistonheads on how these stand up to abuse on the track against the R888's and so far the general consensus is that these wear better, less prone to blistering and equal or better grip once warm. Has anyone had experience of these? Thinking of giving them a go when I change my wheels. Oh one last thing they are cheaper than the R888's
  10. Hi All, After a cheapo laptop for my workshop so I can install various EPC's and manuals on it maybe do some diagnostics and pull datalogs etc. Anyone have anything? Rich
  11. Probably unaware of its value or is desperate to sell.. someone will be up for a bargin!
