  1. Well I have had my Spare non VVTi TT engine for sale for a few months now - granted I am only selling to the UK but rewind a year this would have been snapped up quickly! It seems I am not alone either, there have been a couple of TT engines (Non VVTi and VVTi) up for sale recently which are/were also struggling to find buyers.
  2. What a lovely thing to do, I would have loved to have helped with that day. Additions look great by the way.
  3. Hopefully if we can get enough interest and get people to commit then perhaps we will be able to get a day sorted I know that organizing a club day is pretty stressful and expensive (as usually you have to pay upfront) so really in order for this to be viable we need double the number of people on this list before we can really start to think about doing a dedicated track day. For the meantime, finding out where members are in relation to the circuits and yourself is a great way of getting a few together. For people that have never done a track day but maybe interested. A track is really the only way you can REALLY explore the Supra's or your cars potential. At a track you have the chance to learn the car as well as not worry about getting caught or loosing your license, its a fun sociable day where there is no competition (as long as you obey the rules which are basic common sense really). You also have a good chance to get some basic tuition on how to drive fast if there are available instructors (most days provide these). Granted Its not going to turn you into a racing driver after one session with an instructor but you will learn a lot about how to handle a car at speed which can only help if you do decide to drive fast on the road. Who knows you may even surprise yourself.
  4. Front 54 % Rear 46% IIRC for a TT manual I think it varies between models though.
  5. Closest members to that track are Chris Wilson and Nodalmighty, maybe worth sending them a PM
  6. Some Circuit descriptions have now been added Map
  7. Map updated with new members. Added some more tracks as well.
  8. Yeah, it would be very difficult to get everyone to one place. Still its good to know that there maybe people in your area that would join you on a track day if you choose to go to one. 9. So we have 25 members on this list now. Almost enough people to get a club track day going... anyone else interested in track days?
  10. 1A1 In the sun is spectacular I almost bought one in this colour when I first bought a Supra getting on for a decade ago now. It was a completely stock TT IIRC with around 50k miles, I cant remember if it was manual or Auto but it had the standard 17" OEM wheels which were mint condition, UK front and rear brakes, OEM skirts and spats, front spoiler, standard exhaust - beautiful no other words. Unfortunately the trader would not do the deal I wanted with the car (I was looking to PX a EP3 Civic Type R at the time), so got a Silver one instead. Yours looks really nice mate.
  11. Cheers mate, My press is through so should be OK, hopefully do this tonight or during the week If I can get away from the house and up to the workshop
  12. Spot on dude I don't think however its ever been done with a Shine Diffuser, so you are on your own on that I am afraid. It should not be too much of an issue to make, as its under the car it does not really matter how it looks as long as its functional. This is the part I am referring too, air would not be forced under and through the diffuser only behind it which then in turn makes it a pretty much useless as a diffuser and makes it more of a drag generator/parachute. This is what I am getting at... of course drawn very quickly, not to a technical standard or any sort of scale but shows what I mean about the airflow and how it can cause drag if its not sealed off at the back.
  13. Car is all back together now, Just need to do the rear upper suspension bushes and I "hope" its all done It best be as I am booked on 3 track days in the coming months lol. https://fbcdn-sphotos-a-a.akamaihd.net/hphotos-ak-ash4/254691_499715456769769_384337838_n.jpg
  14. Like those arms dude If you are going to fit that diffuser though make sure you add a section to the rear of it (the part that is under the car and does not show) of the car to make it flush with the underside. Otherwise it will just act as a nice looking parachute Not used the KW's but heard good things about them including their road range. Actually I had a good lengthy conversation with KW at the Autosport show a couple of years back about their competition 3 way kit - Until I got to the price If you are looking at that level of price for suspension though I would suggest you have a look at Nitrons offering as well. They may be a little more expensive but it may be worth considering.
  15. Looking at a 2006 Navara King cab on Saturday can you do these? If so what kind of price?
  16. OMG.... This is possibly going to make me a very poor man...
