Yeah going to ask for permission, however my garage doesnt back onto a road its in my garden and i have side access to the house but still yeah going to get permisson just in case, put it this way in the guidlines from the council there is no reason why i cant build a new one. Yeah going to do the work myself, but i got a couple of mates which are builders so they are going to advise me on a few bits and help when they are free which is nice.

Basicly the garage at my house is pretty much falling apart, I am going to level it and build a new one, Using the planning laws etc, i am allowed to build a larger garage as long as it is further than 5 meters away from my house (im still going to obtain persmission but it ticks all the boxes where they will say yes,) Anyway the garage is going to be quite a bit bigger, i will actualy be able to get the supe in there. It will encorporate a full size car lift and pit, going to kit it out with a full set of snap on tools, and Air tools and compresser - should be fun. Anyway i will show the progress on this when i start to destroy the old garage and hopefuly if things go well the garage will be ready to use by mid november

Yeah suppose but kinda weird, my wife heard the shots and dismissed it thinking someone was doing so DIY or somthing then we find out that those bangs was actualy killing someone, and 100 yards form the house, kinda makes you feel a bit strange. Although on the BBC news coverage you saw the back end of my supe in the car park This is where all the News vans decided to park up, glad i was usuing a hired car that day otherwise i would of never got out.

I dunno this week has got to be one of the worst weeks. I will go day by day Monday ... bad guts not well being sick etc, Tuesday ... still ill went to work feeling like death warmed up Wednesday ... On m3 guy drove into the back of me ended up in hosiptal with sevear whiplash Thursday ... 2 Robbers get shot by police 100 yards from my house. Friday ... In pain with whiplash Oh an unable to have sex due to ingury (back really hurts etc) !! - thats got to be the worst one ! All in all an eventful but awful week - hopefuly it will get better next week !

All i can say glad it wasnt my Supra Was my daily driver, guy smacked into the back of me while in traffic, looks like its going to be a complete write off, went to hospital, and they have confirmed i have sustained significant whiplash, hmmm still it could of been worse. In loads of pain though grrrr. Here come the codine tablets

Did you strip them down?

I have heard you can use a heat gun for this as well, although im not sure if its harder to to in the long run.

As long as you check them in the oven then you cant go wrong, if you open the oven and its stating to smell slightly plasticy then take them out straight away.

Found it easy and straight forward, i would reccomend anyone with plastic lights to do this. What do you think? 1st Picture i have done 1 light 2nd is a comparison to what it used to look like, 3rd Picture they are both done. Took me all about 2 hours to do.

As above really, Refurbing my headlights this weekend and wanted to see a silver supe with a black surround to see if its what i want to do.

Yeah i thought that, but hey anything is better than yellow lol

Im saving up for some glass ones but in the meantime, since putting facelift indicators on, the headlights look terrible, so until i upgrade to glass headlights i thought i may give this a go.
