Switch off Overdrive and plant it ! Well thats what i do anyway.... using manu mode is fine it wont damage the box as your are just taking control of when the gear is changed. Manu mode is a bit more fun but i dont think there is a benefit of quicker gear changes when using it... i wait to be corrected. In manu mode L 2 and D are the gears you use so gears 1,2,3 overdrive is disabled so 120 leptons is your max

Are the leads that connect to the coil packs part of the engine loom i.e hard wired in from the ignitor pack? I think i need to change one of the coil pack leads however if they are integrated will i need to buy a new engine loom

As above and part number for this loom as well if possible please. Oh sorry for the 2JZ GTE

Also does anyone know this are the connectors that attach to the coil packs directly connected to the ignitor unit or are there connection plugs inbetween the two ? See Diagram... (i have only done 1 coil pack) 1.1 - Direct connection into ingitor 1.2 - Connection in between the two.

Looking on the internet several other diseases have also been reported to be transmitted by blood transfusion, including herpes virus infections, infectious mononucleosis (Epstein-Barr virus), toxoplasmosis, trypanosomiasis [African sleeping sickness and Chagas' disease], leishmaniasis, brucellosis [undulant fever], typhus, filariasis, measles, salmonellosis, and Colorado tick fever i mean you also run the risk of your body rejecting it ?? im sure that there are a lot of other alternatives to this now as we are not in the dark ages, i mean what about blood volume expanders etc and blood salvage....
