  1. Gibson Les Paul Studio in Ebony black and gold pickups - cant go wrong with that. Great Sound not bad price either i picked up mine for £500 new
  2. I would listen to everone on here as well my TT bit me when i only had it for a couple of months didnt do much damage (smashed in wing scuffed bumper dented rear qtr panel and shattered my rear wheel) it had been raining heavliy after a good week of hot sun which makes driving dodgy anyway but it took me by surprise when the tail slid out and cost me alot of money to fix. As was mentioned we have had 2 deaths so far this year on this forum which is trajic and my condolences goes out to their familys, i mean perhaps you should concider a NA first so you get used to a RWD car then get a TT Oh and if it was a choice between manual and auto.... i would have to have a manual (but i drive an auto and that is alot of fun as well - brill auto boxes)
  3. I know this maybe dependant on area but how much would these things cost roughly another £10-£20k?
  4. Has anyone done this at all? And have anyone got any suggestions on where to get "ball park" figures from i.e physical building of the house (things like land costs and other associated things to think about are sorted) just the idea od cost for the house we want to have... We are thin king about this one http://www.ajhousedesigns.co.uk/view_product.php?product=048/BC
  5. Just got a post from nic that my Tein superstreet supension is on its way looking forward to getting these. Should be a set of my old yellow bliestein ones up for grabs shortly.
  6. Yes this has happened to mine, anyone know of any good alloy repair centers?
  7. Perhaps it would be good if you can record the sound and post it on here. Is it defo not coming from the engine bay - does it happen only when your moving?
  8. Call me a scrooge, but i think i would be upfront in the first place and not tell my kids that there was a man that came and gave you presents. I for one remember being confused that why are my mum and dad not giving me presents for being good and someone that does not know me is? Also i remember when i found out "santa" was not real i felt like i was lied to.. When i have kids im not going to even mention santa i think its all just hyped up commercialism, they will still get presents but not with all the lies that go with it.
  9. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Image:Vectorwx801.jpg haha at least we know the lights are reliable
  10. Does nayone know a good free accounting software that does Tax returns and PAYE?
  11. How much Nic? I may ask you to add them to the delivery of my Tein Superstreet suspension when you get it? How is that coming along now anyway?
  12. Who ever did that paintjob must of laughed at the guy who asked for it.
  13. As above really http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Toyota-Supra-JZA80-1992-1996-Flat-Flexi-Wiper-Blades_W0QQitemZ160187808929QQihZ006QQcategoryZ10428QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem are they any good ?
  14. Ok thanks but i would like to try myself
  15. I dont think i have OCD but i keep reading this thread and cant get away
  16. Need to change my upper and lower front passenger side suspension arms and hub (i have all the new parts ready and assembled - just need to attach to the car) and wondered if anyone had done this before, where they got stuck and if they have any tips etc i just need to know what things to look out for and if there are any tools need in addition to the below, as i dont want to get halfway through and find out i have not allocated enough time or have dont have a tool that i need. This is what i think i need so far please add anythiing that you think i need. Torque Wrench Breaker Bar, Spanner Set Long reach and standard Socket Set WD40 - I would imagine as a must have. I will also be changing the suspension on the car at the same time but that looks straight forward enough looking at the tech docs.
  17. I would check your earthing points mate. I have had the same battery now since i bought my car 2 years ago (so the battery is more than 2 years old) and never had an issue and i only use it at weekends. Mind you i always clean up the major earthing points in the engine bay every 6 months or so then put some Vasaline over them (little bit mind)
  18. Can i have the same PM's please
  19. I though mr clarkson said that the sagaris was the only TVR that actualy handled
