  1. To be honest i would not bother with a FMIC unless you go for a small single turbo, the Stock IC as long as it’s in good condition is fine for BPU levels which sounds like what you are planning to do. If your IC has had it (lost allot of fins etc) then i would look at getting a replacement one anyway, the Side mount Intercoolers that Chris Wilson Sell are very popular on here But for the love of god don’t buy the cheapo intercoolers on eBay, these are in some cases perform worse than the stock intercooler, if you are to buy a Front mount intercooler then look at, Blitz, or Greddy, yes they are expensive but there is a reason for that, also if you do decide to go for a Front mount make sure you duct it properly otherwise it wont benefit you at all. Here is a little bit of info on ducting and why you should do it if you are looking at fitting a Front mount unit. http://www.mkivsupra.net/vbb/attachment.php?attachmentid=82056&d=1221568108

  3. Yes you did well done I will PM you payment details and carriage cost, when i get these, i will also treat them with Mequires Plastix before i send them. Sorry to everyone that PM'd me last night unfortunately i was unable to use my PC last night due to a Power cut, so was unable to post any pictures or reply to any posts. I had received higher offers, but unfortunately had to turn them down as they came through today and the bidding closed last night - sorry to those who bidded today but it would not be fair if i took these offers. Cheers all and well done Bolarbag

  12. how about heat the oven up to a fair temp (say 180') first put the light on a cold baking tray switch off the gas then put the light in the oven and check it now and then.... Then you wont have to worry about the flame melting the light, Just keep checking the light to check its not getting to hot.
  13. Thats right mate, I actualy took my car to his place where he did it, Nice actualy cos no "questionable" mileage was put on the car either
  14. The guy who refubed my wheels took it right back to the bare metal and primed and resprayed the spokes and centre then machine polished the lip so now the lip is bare metal so needs to be kept clean snd polished with metal polish.
  15. I will PM you the details when i find them if thats ok. Best to call them to be honest i have the number somewhere lol. I found them to be very very helpful.
  16. Yeah cool i cleaned them (not that they needed it as they are only 8 weeks old) with meguires plastix before i put them on, not sure if it made much of a differnce but at least this will protect them
  17. It really does - cant wait to see them in the daytime Best £150 i have spent on the car so far i think (well to make it look fresher anyway)
  18. You can get the orginal hiro's from Axis. When i phoned Axis in the states they said they are stll current and they put me in contact wth a company in canada where i ordered them from. Here is the link to the Axis site where they still show them as current. http://www.axiswheels.com/wheels.php?id=hiro I have one here as a replacement already and the design is "slightly" different, the center cap has been made more humane (they have smoothed off the edges so it does not rip your hands to shreds lol) also they have changed the stamp slightly this has also been smoothed slightly to make it easier to clean I will find the company that Axis put me in contact with if you are intrested
  19. The lip on the hiro's is actualy anodised not polished, i have had my refurbed ones bare metal polished but the polisher wasnt that good to be honest It has not done what it did before but you need to keep on going with the metal polish to keep them looking nice. This is what they looked like after they were refurbed. Man i need some new Wheel Studs
